2. NDDC recruitment, sometimes 1st quarter, I heard him saying to his political associates so special to him that all cv should be given to a particular person, unfailingly. The person is keeping all the cvs waiting for his instructions so the replacement is eminent. My lady friend that got was 2023 financial yr. He want to settle a lot of stakeholders with the recruitment slots. I was surprise he has brought over 500 solar to my community which part of the settlement for his gov bid.

NHIS DG is still battling to get use to the agency. The last time I checked, he has not paid March salary of NHIS staff. NDDC already recruited, a lady friend of mine got it.

If his own appointment letter is dated 19 March which was on Tuesday, another person’s appointment letter can be dated 20th which was on Wednesday. Followed by 21st which was on Thursday. You don’t expect all appointment letter to carry same date? Do you?

There is an unspoken rule you don't know. All Ministry of petroleum subdivisions have range that salaries should fall into. So from DPR to PTDF are in the same category.

NDIC is way better than CBN at the bottom.

1. No agency called DPR. If you mention DPR then you are referring to NUPRC or NMDPRA so be specific. If you are referring to NUPRC.
2. NUPRC and NCDMB are all subsidiaries under ministry of petroleum yes but Placing NUPRC and NCDMB in same pedestrian bcus they have same salary structure means you are the one misleading people.

Level 10 in FIRS is for beginners which is level 8. 250k. You are telling me if they approve 3.5m. Have they approved? We calculate based on what they earn currently. You are comparing NCDMB that has compulsory leave allowance to any country of your chioce to FIRS that doesn’t have leave allowance?

This make me to come out and comment, you are wrong in NCDMB,ptdf and few others classification.Firs level10( is more than 250k per months,they have kpi,and two to 3 allowances. If they approved their 3.5M as you said may be KPI and few other allowances will be sum together for them at the beginning of the yr make it their upfront.How many agencies collecting such for first graduate.I know of an agency collecting 123k per month and that agency is paying Transportation,leave bonus,wardrobe,and Housing and their hazarad and rebate is on the way and least allowance collected in a yr is 400plus but when you hear of their salary per month u will just mtshew and move on

Proposal for level (10) 8 upfront was 3.5m minimum. It could not be implemented bcuz of staff strength of over 13000. Adedeji has landed, he just added above 100 persons to the list. More 300 staff under way. FIRS will be over 20.000 staff in the next 8yrs of Adedeji because that was what he did in Shuga council. He multiplied their staff strength on arrival.

Zach can employ for Africa. Lol. Mrs. Angel (Director of HRM) screamed for the 100+ that was recruited recently. You know what they told her? They said madam relax, more new staff still still coming in weeks or go to Shuga Council and ask about Zach and recruitment. Lol.

But if the proposed merger worked, I can now lobby for FIRS. Lol

The new chairman reviewed and brought back all bonuses and upfront allowances.

In terms of promotion 3-4 years per each rank.
As the grading level is not much.

New entry staffs are given Level 10 and it reads downwards to level 1 which is the FIRS chairman.

4 years × 8 that's 32 years. Not everyone will make it to level 2 and 1 that's the superiority there.

Years of service is 35 years.
If you have Age on your side surely you shall rise to the highest rank.

Wai Training of Staff is Zero. Walahi you no well. The training they are conducting for Thier staffs with bonuses given for training is a joke to you? Because you no get hope of getting there no mean say you go dey write rubbish

Their dressing allowance is not up to 60k and they are overhyping FIRS. Is just the KPI of monthly salary & one payment of either 1.2 or 1.1 or 1.3 annually. Nothing more. Those who made money are through illegal means. I believe the new chairman will change the narrative.
