Upfront payment is zero %.
Exit package for staff is zero %
Traveling allowance/opportunity for staff is zero %
Training of staff is zero %.
Leave allowance for staff is zero %
Medical package is same NHIS hospitals as ministries.

They aren’t supposed to be categorized as E class in real sense.

Is Very laughable to group FAAN with just one furniture allowance annually and NUPRC with bogus and different allowances annually on same pedestrian.

We look at different factors including leave allowance, quarterly allowances, traveling allowance, promotion growth, transportation allowance, housing allowances, domestic allowances, medical package, exit package etc….when grouping agencies.

I just realized I was wrong in placing FAAN with NHIA in same category as FAAN is placed above NHIA.

You may wish to kindly state your grouping hierarchically let’s see what you’ve got.

Those faulting my groupings should kindly come up with their own categorization.

FAN is NEVER a B or C class agency, please..

1. NUPRC, NNPCL, NCC are considered A prime agency.

2. NCDMB, PTDF, NMDPRA, NDIC, CBN and some few agencies are considered in class B .

3. BOI, NFIU, NERC, MINTING & PRINTING, NDDC, NEDC, NINASA, NPA and some few once are considered in category C.

4. NAICOM INSURANCE, EFCC,MFI, are considered as D class agency.

5. FIRS without upfront payment, NHIA, NUC, NOSDRA, FAAN etc on category E

So how do you place ordinary FAA as B or C class agency?

Make your findings bro!!.

Everyone want to work with NUPRC yet the updates are getting confusing. No direction anymore.

Packaging.
Design your own color letter headed paper in your name (your email should be in color to make it look sharp and good). Make sure you creat your own file no. Input an application letter addressing the letter to the chairman. Attached your cv and hold the acknowledgment copy outside the main envelope visible for them to see at the gate. Once you get to the gate, tell them you have a mail to submit at the registery. They will allow you in for sure. Once you get inside, submit and collect the stamped copy. Make sure you snap the acknowledgment copy in your phone so you can just be forwarding it to whom ever that’s ready to help. Once you submit while still inside the building, you can then start thinking. Pray before going. This is the best time so You got to keep pushing.

I don’t advise such move. Plead with your representatives or friends around FCT to help submit then make moves out of your Confort zone. The Bible says the heart of the King is in the hands of God.

Who knows, the chairman may just sign on your application at that point.

Guy see eh, I’m not an FIRS hopeful & I have no plans of working at FIRS but if I does have interest, I’ll be ;
1. Determined, consistent and prayerful: I will photocopy my credentials including application letter and attach my certificates, I’ll submit my application directly at chairman office and I will collect the stamp acknowledgment copy. At least they will allow me access. After wish, I will constantly go to the chairman visitors room waiting to see the chairman. At least someone said one can see the chairman from 5pm. I don’t care if it takes me 2 months to see him. I will wait since I have no direct connection. Connect doesn’t fall from sky, you pray and make it happen, be determined if you have no direct connection oh…Otherwise eh…5Yrs you will be hoping on one man that has used your information to empower his people.

The likely people that got it were the Presidency. Some directors and close SA’s to the hon. chairman couldn’t even secure any slot for their relatives. SA’s and other directors will be considered this time. I hope the information help?

To FIRS hopefuls.
1. Getting FIRS slots is getting tougher recently. He doesn’t pick calls from the senators, HoR or any stakeholders or politicians especially if he doesn’t know you one on one.
2. Their internal posting ongoing. Once they are done, new list will be invited.
3. Your connect can actually go directly to chairman office and be ready to wait over 2hours without guarantee of see him, then go back again until you see him and your problem shall be solved automatically.
4. The new list will be ready in weeks.

I hope my information helps direct someone on how to go about it.

Both are new agencies and very cool for promising young men.

Overstaff is the language of the politicians or some MDs who do not want people to be recruited into the organization. Many a member of staff is retiring every year yet you will be told they are overstaffed so that they can bring in their own people.

You are wrong on this one. Some organizations are currently over staffed without office space to even seat with a table while others are overstretched.

I'm worried about the silence of this agency. It's getting to five years now that they recruited but they have not yet notified the public when the recruitment will be done.

Their last recruitment was the defunct PEF of 2021 where they recruited 203 staff in 2020. After the merger, NMDRA are now over staffed at the moment. General recruitment has never been in their annual budget since implementation of PIA. Focus on NUPRC or NNPCL for now.

From what I heard, their basic is not up to 170k but the allowances that escort the basic ehn 😃

Take home can reach up to 420k and it also depends on where they throw you to and the department.

Is Duke Oil a subsidiary of NNPC?
NAPIMS, NPDC are good areas to be posted to so I learnt. Which other areas or departments do do you know?
