There's this carpenter that has been working for me over 2 weeks, he seemed cool at first and sweet coated whenever he dishes me daily report about his work and how well coordinated he works, I decided to give him a trial in the first place but the first work he did was so unsatisfactory he got me angry , someone over 40 years older than me, I gave him money to get nails for me which he never bought for the work , when I requested for the pack of nails he bought he gave me unreasonable excuses... And he was someone who was literally begging to get the job misbehaving to me....


as if that's not enough, I caught my bricklayer with a vehicle to the site loading over 4 bags of cement into the little van they brought, I wish I could record the shock all over his face and the way he was stammering .. And decent guy who I thought was reasonable enough to handle things for me, I sacked the motherfucker, the new one I employed is even worse, he thinks I'm a small buy kus I'm 22 and maybe he's feeling Intimidated by the portfolio of work I'm handling....

so many instances I can't even mention, after showing them love and care, allowing them to eat even when you are paying them well, they'll go at any length to rip you off...

please always open your eyes ooo, most of these worker's but not all are fond of acting crazy and take people they work for granted on site, they feel they are always smarter than. everyone else in the room and know how to cheat their way around you.... we have to do better and more as human, greed is unnecessary a d won't define breakthrough .moment for anybody...

So I met this lady in 2019 through a mutual friend, after few weeks of getting to meet her we started dating. She is 29 and I’m 31. She’s based in Benin where she works and I am in Lagos.

The agreement was that after our wedding she will join me in Lagos which she agreed. Our relationship has been going on smoothly which made me do the introduction January this year and I’ve told her the wedding will be by January next year, which she knows I am making adequate preparation to that effect. I even had to get involved in a monthly contribution of 30k which is done in her workplace, I told her she should collect 2 slots so we can save enough for the wedding. She has never made any financial request that i did not grant.

Just two months ago she started acting all weird, I have asked her what the problem was and she would say nothing. She stopped picking my calls and told her parents I offended her, I called her to know what my offense was and she said I should forget. God knows I have never deliberately done anything to upset her. Just yesterday morning she called to tell me she is done with the relationship which left me so confused and devastated. I have already paid for cow and all the wines we will use for the wedding and now she has called it off.

Please nairalanders what could possibly be my offense? I have thoroughly searched my heart and I can’t seem to remember when I offended her.

Is There Anything Like Satanic Music?

Some people believe that some genre of music, for instance, rock music was evil and of the devil, while that of hymns was good and of God.

But that is very wrong, because what makes a particular music, to be of God or of the devil, is not the style or genre of music, but the message it bears, because music is just a medium that can be used to serve different purposes and to propagate all kinds of messages, both good and bad. Hence it can be used to serve the devil or God.

For instance, even the hymn style of music could be used to glorify Satan, if the message it carries were those that glorify him or preach the message of the world which he relishes.

There's one particular song that comes to mind that sounds like a hymn. It even bears a title that's not just associated with the church, but with heaven. But that's all there is to the song that has anything to do with the church or heaven, because it's a song that preaches and promotes sexual immorality. It appears a satire, which was deliberately constructed to mock and mislead.

But when a Christian hears the hymn style of the music and the chorus of the song which is its most pronounced part, for the first time, they are usually deceived to think it's a gospel song. But it's only when they get to hear the full lyrics of the song, including the verses, that they'd suddenly realize that it has nothing to do with God but the devil and the world!

The song's title is 'Hallelujah" and I'm going to use some of its lyrics to illustrate my point:

You saw her bathing on the roof
Her beauty and the moonlight overthrew her
She tied you to a kitchen chair
She broke your throne, and she cut your hair
And from your lips she drew the Hallelujah

Ironically, this was the song a devoted and spirit-filled Christian couple who were about to get married, wanted to use as the Bridal marching song, so just imagine that they didn't know the truth about the lyrics, until the bride started marching down the isle. They would be getting the shock of their lives and I wouldn't be surprised if the bride stumbles on her way, because the shock would be more than enough to make someone loose her footing. But thankfully they were able to listen to the full lyrics of the song beforehand, hence any embarrassing situation that could have arisen from such as blunder was averted.

So that's an instance that proves that the style or genre is not what makes a music to be of God or the devil, but the message it bears.

Because just as that hymn style of music was able to carry the message of the world which the devil wants to be preached, a rock style of music which some see as being of the devil, can carry that which preaches the gospel of the Kingdom of God.

Even rap music which some also see as being of the devil, could also be used to preach the gospel and the Word of God. And being a song writer, I realized that perhaps the best way to preach the gospel of the Kingdom through music was by rap music, because rapping is just like talking, so there's more more room for words, to convey more of the message, in rap music than other styles of music.

So do you think it's possible for this rap to be satanic?

Obviously not, because it bears the message of the gospel of the kingdom of God, which is that God made them male and female in the beginning, so any idea of joining male and male or female and female is not of God but satanic and should be condemned. Hence, despite being a rap, it was used to preach the Gospel of the kingdom.

That's another illustration that shows that it's the message of a song that makes a music to be of the devil or of God. Hence it's not unusual that some of my best worship songs were rap songs because of the depth and weight of the message they carry. They've led me to tears severally.

So it's my belief that believers should not judge a style of music to be of the devil just because it doesn't inspire them as some others. I don't do that even though there were some style of music that doesn't inspire me as much, because I know that music is just a vehicle, it's the message it bears that's the most important thing, so even if it does inspire me, it may inspire others.

In these last days, music is going to be a very pivotal instrument God would use to great effect with regards His final move upon the Earth, hence it's important that those who were truly of God understand the workings of music and how powerful it is as a tool, and could be used to the glory of God, so they'd not find themselves opposing or working against God's interest and plans concerning these last days.

I was my grandma's favorite child before her death last year. Since her death I am the only one seeing her in my dream. She always visit with gifts and bunch of money and always advising me to be strong.

Since her death I don't go to her house again, last time she visited me in my dream complaining how I don't visit her house again, she said she came to stay with me in school, after her death, with multiple dreams of her giving me money, to some extent I started having small pocket money in school.

Last time I dreamt, I was frying sweet potatoes and she came to give me money. Sometimes, in my dream, she will call me to her room and gave me bunch of money to count, immediately I finished counting the money, she will smile and disappear before I return the money to her. She is always coming to give me money and gifts in one way or the other, she is always complaining that because she died that is why I am hungry that I shouldn't worry.

In the whole family, I am the only one seeing her in my dream since her death, sometimes I get really scared. Can grandma love her grandchild even till death? Can anyone explain these things happening to me? Could it be spiritual love? Please I need explanation.

Have neva been good in maths right from my primary sch days,so i dnt even bother reading for it during exams.Cnt forget my maths 101 exam experience,after all the formations i planed during that exam,i wanted to be the C.Ronaldo with my various number 10 with my 2 and 3 and my suporting strikers around me to avoid me getting and F9.We sat jst as we planed in our unsuspecting manner,only for one mumu man to remove me and exchanged my position with a girl.I jst weak,try and wrote the little i knew and submitted my paper like that.
When the result came out all our starting eleven passed,even my substitute(the gal)me i had a big F9.Later found out that mumu man was our lab attendent and nt even a lecturer.I really vex when i found out.
