nefertitiram: Wait... I am getting confused! For parents it's 6months? So I get to wait 21yrs and 6 mths and not 26 years? Is it the one for siblings that is longer? siblings gat to wait 10years sometimes. I have someone still waiting. its turn by turn. its by priority and there's a bulletin that shows how long they have to wait 1.spouse 2.parent 3.then siblings and other extended family |

Stewee: Dude, you shouldn't be applying to a school based on its ranking, reputation and cost(youu need to tell them the interesting story about your school and it's achievement(s) not whether there's a Nigerian there or nah. Nigerians have quite the reputation abroad and you should know, in the US, you're on your own! The school I got a visa with is not the same as the one I'm currently attending.
Some heads up for ya! #Bless stewee, whats up ? how that side na? |

sirRiddy: Guys, just checking through the department website of Uni of Central Arkansas and I am not impressed at all. The Faculty section has only the names and contacts of the faculty members. No information on their interests or current research activities. Is this a red flag?
cc slimmy05, mystiqme, ebdib, and every one else. not a red flag, some schools dont include that on their website. just contact each one of them personally through email or phone call. you might find something |

Ochioraumu: please o, can somebody explain to me the benefits of having your baby in the US? I understand that the baby becomes US citizen automatically. But apart from being able to sponsor family members to the US at age 21, what other benefits are there prior to that age? Do you as the mother become entitled to getting permanent residence? Can you then bring over your other children, even if they are not US citizens?
i really need to understand these things to enable me decide how much risk i am willing to take for this. Yes, your child can only file for you when he/she is 21 years. prior to that age, she can live in both USA and Nigeria. you and her other sibling who are not citizen must get a visa to visit the USA and can not be a resident until he/she turns 21 years and file for you. well the rule might change later in future but for now that is it |

Was your trip to colorado for childbirth? If yes which hospital did you use and doctor? I have asked for people with information on colorado on this forum but no one seems to go that route went on a trip not birthing, you can expand your search to other states, I doubt if Colorado has been mentioned here or used before. Good luck |

Vessi: for uniuyo na die o. In 100level if you fail any course aside computer you will be disqualified. From 200level and above if you fail less than 4 courses at the end of that session you will resit them before the next session resumes.probably during the break. And if you fail any one out of the four while resitting then you will repeat that level. And if you fail any course while repeating the level you will go get another jamb form. DID this rule just started? I have few friends that finished in that dept and didn't go through this hulabaloo |
