My transcript was delivered to GSU since last year but the application check in portal indicates that my transcript is yet to be delivered. I have sent several mails and made several calls however the Graduate Officer's response is not helpful. So i was wondering if there's any nairalander who currently attends GSU to help me pursue my case.

.... I was helping my sister with her DSL-160 form.we got to the last applicant being our mum and our system short down. I think maybe the time elapsed. Have u printed out appointment confirmation page of your sis? you could get your ds-160 number behind the code. If not,you need to start over again

Someone had admission for Spring 2015, after securing visa decided to defer to fall, same year. A new i20 has been issued with a different sevis ID number for the new semester. What are the possible challenges this subject will face at the POE ? Gurus, please dissect and analyse this.
Note: the former sevis ID number is quoted as the annotation on the visa.

It is not a problem, but you will prolly have problem with the sevis, you need to contact sevis with the new number to be updated ASAPor you tell your school to issue you an i20 with your previous sevis no.

Didn't you see in the lady post that the husband plan to go live in the USA for 6 months. He has planned to be staying for months in USA and going to Nig as well. I answer the question based on what she wrote here. She didn't not mention nothing about tax so why talk about it. People are PR and citizen here and they stay for few month especially during summer and also go back to Nig for few months. It doesn't make you an illegal as long as u haven't spent more than 6mths outside the USA. The husband should prolly know the pro and cons of his green card.
The lady has 2 choice, either wait in Nig to have the baby and the husband file for them , or go to the have the baby in USA and pay the bills if she wants.

Since your husband has a green card , it is quite easy for you to get a visiting visa, because your husband will obviously fle for you to become a PR.

2ndly' you do not have to bother paying the hospital bill But you can pay if you like(that's your decision to make)because your husband is rightly open to the any free medical as a residence.
Because your husband is a residence and will automatically become a citizen in 5years from the day he got the green card, accepting Medicaid for your baby is not a crime.
You case is quite different from every other person here.
Your husband status has covered the baby and even u.

Let the vo know that your intention is to give birth and go back home, the vo know if he/she denies you, you will probably still go to the USA legally after your husband files for you.

In the past (last year), VIU has no good reputation at the embassy. Probably because they admit low grade points or a mushroom school (with various online programs..... just like uni of phoenix). I will ask you to do more applications if that's the only school you've applied to.

They accept any transcript even if it's oluwole . Agent use VIU a lot. The embassy discovered that some people couldn't even write standardize test and even pronounce common English. The Vo questioned the student credibility.

Send an email to your school so they can send another i20 to you. You do not have to email the embassy

She should get a university admission then when she gets to the USA , she can transfer to a community college. Her 3rd class chem doesn't have any effects on her application. She should take sat or towel to buffer her visa approval.u can ping or email me so we talk
