Family › Re: Hubby Doesnt Communicate by zeezahbee(f): 8:14pm On Feb 11, 2015 |
Marriages get boring at times, seeing the same person everyday. FIRST, Make a list of topics that you absolutely need him to communicate. Let him talk when he’s ready. If you need to discuss something that will probably make him uncomfortable and shut down, bring it up calmly and ask, “When would be a good time to talk about this?” This allows him time to think things over, prepare a response, and calm down from the stress of being confronted. Talk while you are doing something else. Do it while walking, while sitting in the car, or over dinner. When he does talk, reward him. This is important, especially if he is finally opening up for the first time. Hug him. Say thank you. Take him to the bedroom. Talk about your loneliness Don’t ask him what he’s thinking or feeling. You’re just wasting your creative energy on that one. The answer to, “What are you thinking?” is probably, “Nothing.” The answer to “What are you feeling?” is probably “I have no clue.” Instead, ask him very specific questions that cannot be answered with a yes or a no, questions such as: Tell me about the most interesting thing that happened to you today. If you could do anything with your life, what would it be? If you could live anywhere, where would you want to live? |

Seme.n has a foul smell.I don't think you should make a big deal out of it. What is a bit troubling is that are you sure this that your hubby to be drug- and disease-free and not cheating on you (for a man to asked you to swallow semen, he is a great porn-star) i mean guru, I would say that it is perfectly fine to swallow as much as you can. The average calorie content of the typical amount of ejaculate is between 5 and 25 calories, so it wouldn't make much difference for you in gaining weight.
You will make hubby happy though!. |

I provoke, I tell them say NO. seriously I was embarrassed in class, but my instructor tell the girl to short up and should not think Africa is a country. WTF. I wish I was in that kind off class. I will tutor that professor Anytime anything is said about your country, dont sit down and watch. stand up and shut them up or prolly tutor them more about africa. |

eyinjuege: Standard world practices does allow you to check to confirm the dosages of drugs in drug formularies. Even abroad, doctors do that regularly. Even pharmacists that are soaked in pharmacology check up side effects and drug interactions. Its called taking your responsibilities seriously. If you are nor sure of something, why shouldn't you check to confirm? Such a person who feels he knows all is a DANGER to all around him. You kill a patient through negligence, you bring everyone in your team down, yes including other drs, nurses, pharmacists etc Not doing it every day and to every patients. I don't know everything, new drugs come on board but you can excuse yourself from the patient but opening it in their presence gives them a doubt. At least that what I was taught here. |

armadeo: Now this is disappointing. Checking a book is a crime? If you have never cross checked anything in your career then you have caused harm somewhere. Armadeo, did you read the beginning of this argument. How will you be reading out a diagnoses , giving prescription from a book every time a patient is right in front of you. it is different from reading a book before you get to work or during breaks. If you keep reading it out from the book every time, then there's problem. How many patients will you attend to because you will be wasting time. |
Health › Re: Rape Of Medical Laboratory Science Profession by zeezahbee(f): 2:19pm On Feb 10, 2015 |

I said checking a book during operation. Read my quote again. I read my books during breaks and my leisure time not when a patient is in front of me. |

Learn to appreciate people's sacrifices and humility; you'll live longer. If him no look book now, come give u headache merecine for gono u go start to dey complain. Xiadnat: This isn't a child's play at all.
This handwriting thing have really caused harm to patients all round
Pharmacists shouldn't be made to decipher doctor's code; they ain't handwriting investigators and it detracts to actual patient care
Most hospitals and clinics in US instituted a mandatory transition to electronic medical record.
At my hospital and clinic, ALL prescription scripts are typed/signed on the patients electronic health record, all I have to do is print it out and hand it to patient OR even better, send it directly to pharmacy and a patient has to do is go to the pharmacist and pick up prescription. So easy, less hassle for both doctor, pharmacist and patient.
Barely anything is hand written anymore at my institution, some patient daily "rounds" notes and nurses orders are still hand written but even so it's minimal and has to be legible and understandable to a 10 year old. Thank you xiadnat. let blame it on nigeria.A pharmacist doesnt even need a paper prescription, everything is on the system already. All the medications the patient has taken from birth and the ones he/she is allergic to will be seen. if a refill is needed, it will also be stated thereP.S That handwriting thing is like a swag for doctors in Nigeria. SILLY SWAGS. where is lagusta?? |
