That's why working with a job agency is usually not advisable. It's normal for them not to pay you the full amount they're paid. However, they're heartless to have hold your salaries even after being paid. The unfortunate thing about this is that you can't sue them since you didn't mention them giving you application form and signed employment letter to show that you're working with them. Funny thing is that if you leave now, it means your money is likely to go. However, it's the best thing to do at this moment. Because they may be owing others like they're owing you. I wish you all the best. |
Is there no way to create a separate roads for these trunks? Or to make them move only at nights. Something really needs to be done about these accidents. I witnessed one in Auchi some years back, God was the only thing that came out of my mouth. |
mesheal7:Hello boss, I've sent in my application and I just want to confirm if you've finished the selection process. Best regards. |
Munzy14:I'm not related to him sir. |
Ahead of the 2023 presidential and general elections, PDP has proven on different occasions to be the most prepared and the party with the best political structure. PDP was able to organize the presidential primary election smoothly. PDP was also able to meet up with the initial date it set for the primary. This is something APC wasn't able to do. INEC postponed the deadline for primaries elections and several occasions because the rulling party wasn't prepared. Even to screen the presidential candidates was a war. Nigerians witness so many blunders from the party leadership and they were all talking from different mouths. The APC chairman announced Ahmad Lawal as the consensus candidate which the NWC distance themselves from. This is a bad sign as the chairman made it looked as if he's the campaign manager of an aspirant instead of working for the interest of all the aspirants. Even the president is worse. He started with telling the governors that he wished to choose his successor. The whole country waited for his preferred candidate in vain. This made me feel that even the president as the leader of the party is clueless. The governors tried in maintaining a stand. They supported a shift of power to the south and stood by that decision. That was really applaudable. Not because they wanted to zone power to the south but because they knew what they wanted and strategically planned to make it happen. Then time for primaries came, you'll think that the rulling party will lead while other follow. That wasn't the case as they postponed the date of their presidential primary election more than twice. The election even took three days before a winner was announced. To me, it looked like they didn't even plan well. PDP held their primary election on the date set and everything was concluded and a winner announced the same day. The process was transparent so there was no room for fraudulent activities. (This doesn't include sorting of delegates of course) Now coming to choosing a running mate for the presidential candidates of each party, only PDP was able to beat INEC's deadline and submitted a verified VP candidate. This is another area APC failed again. I wonder if the APC NWC know what they're doing at all. I think the chairman doesn't have any strategy. They should have considered all the necessary factors before settling for a presidential candidate. I'm of the opinion that only Tinubu knows what he's doing in APC. The rest of them except from some governors are just clueless. The cabal are just being selfish, that's why they can't make the right decision. It's this their indecisiveness that will cost the party the presidency in the 2023 general elections. To make the matter worse, how can APC still submit Ahmad Lawal's name as their candidate for a senatorial position that he didn't contest for. APC is at risk of being disqualified and this will cheaply hand over the seat to PDP. With this, I can clearly say that PDP is more prepared than APC as a party. It's only Tinubu that is prepared in the whole of the party and his party men may end of costing him the presidency. I didn't mention labor party because they're still building their structure. Besides they also have many internal crisis that Obi needs to sort out ASAP. NNPP may just end up winning only Kano state. Aside that, the party doesn't have any hope to be honest. Note: I'm not supporting Atiku or PDP oo. I just only needed to share my opinion. ©Adesoji Michael. CC: lalasticlala Mynd44 |
Nigerians never learn. I often don't blame these scammers sef. Because most people are greedy and will want to try their luck. That was how when raskelli came on board, I advised a friend that it was just like MMM, he said he will just quickly cash out and leave the platform. To God be the glory, he never cashed out when the platform crashed ![]() |
mema900:Them say, them say, them say. One thing at a time my friend. I don't want to sound like I'm supporting him but he can't possibly change everything at once. But from what I'm seeing so far, he's trying to say the least. Let's wait for 1 year to judge his decisions. |
I hate unintelligent people that won't keep their mouths shut. This one always confirm to people on a daily that s(he) is a fake ass nigga. At least chase clout with sense na bob. Las las na social media I blame for making shim popular. |
This is a great development from Gov Soludo. I think this man will make a fine governor. At least he started his administration on a very good note. Kudos. I also hope that those bad guys don't later corrupt you like they did with Okorocha. ----- Modified ---- For those quoting me: He sacked 1000 teachers and he gave a good reason for that. Unqualified teachers are most times the reason we have graduates who don't know anything. I'm not happy that they were sacked but they should go and upgrade their skills. Kids these days are smarter and you can't use 1920s syllabus or methods to teach them nowadays. Imagine a lecturer teaching computer science students programing on the white board. How do we know if the program is right and how do we debug errors from the whiteboard. We have many unqualified teachers. What Nigerian education system needs includes qualified teachers, good infrastructures, basic teaching amenities and then the staff welfare. At least he started on a good note. Let's watch and see if other steps will follow. |
This Shitima guy don too talk. Make he getat abeg |
kozmokaz:We don't tolerate that kind of business in our hotel. I always them the consequences. It's also in her worker's manual and code of conduct. If she wasn't comfortable with it, she should have rejected the offer. If not we would have employed them and told them that any additional profits is theirs na. No need for salary again. What they're entitled to is tips from customers and service charge. Make enquiries on how hotel staff make extra cash. Anything other than this is greed and fraud. Simple. |
Yankee101:Oga we only caught her on this one case. Do you know how many more she might have done before we caught her. Her colleague has been caught in a compromising situation before. I had to pardon him them because he pleaded. And mind you, not taking decisive action will encourage others to do the same thing. They'll say after all, if caught, it's just to sack them. Maybe next time, we would involve the police since that's what is better than sacking them. |
kozmokaz:What are you saying? Do you know how this can affect the business negatively? Do you know how many customers high price might have chased away. When she was employed, I warned her against fraud and told her the consequences. She would have opted out if she wasn't comfortable with our terms and conditions. |
TheKrakon:May you continue to meet people that will defraud you every time. Amen. Somebody defrauded the company and you're saying nonsense. The curse is on you and your family for supporting fraud. |
Sweetplum:Lol. Calm down please. I didn't even know he was referring to someone sef. I thought he wanted to know what the "sw" stand for. And thanks for your advice too |
TechBIogger:This same lady submitted her CVs countless times without being called. It was one of the security guys who begged on her behalf that I should consider and call her. I employed her as a bartender but she decided to run our customers "street". Now she wan run me street too. |
9182736455O1999:No. "SW" is an abbreviation of my work place name. I add it to my staff numbers to identify them easily. |
Hello guys. Something happened this afternoon and I decided to share it here. Girls and their same tactics ♂️♂️ This girl was sacked over a month ago because she committed fraud at our bar. She and her colleague sold a drink of 50k for 75k and shared the remaining money amongst themselves. After the investigation, we found her and her colleague guity. I told them that we're even supposed to arrest them for their crime but decided to sack them as a more merciful judgement. Note that I'm the HR of the hotel. We also decided not to pay them too. Now, the girl has been calling me for her payment after commiting a fraud in the hotel oo. The guy knew what he did was wrong and didn't bother calling. I told her that she doesn't have any salary to receive from us and she should stop disturbing me. When I refused picking her calls, she sent me the first message, maybe as a way to make me fear. I then called to threaten to arrest her for her statement only for her to send this second message imagine. I'm now thinking of reporting the case to the police for real. Because this has become both threat and false accusation. It's just for her to write statement and sign an undertaking. I really don't want to mess her up. Because I was wondering why she hasn't mentioned a word about rape before, not until I said I'll report her for her threat. I also feel the law should have severe punishments for false rape accusations because this one is really heavy. Or what do you think guys? Cc: Lalasticlala

All the fundamental human rights in the constitution are only there so that they can teach it to primary school kids. Not that we really have those rights. As my friend will always say "Na mumu dey know him right" Why he made that statement was when we thought we were on our rights not to be scared of patrolling policemen since we're not criminals. To cut the story short. They sha collected up to 20k from us for being innocent citizens. I wish this country will work but for now, get money and get out of this country. Then you can start expressing your rights in diaspora ![]() |
Yes, this country has failed us and still failing us as citizens. However, it is important that you learn at least one digital skill while in school. This will help a graduate earn at least a little above the minimum wage monthly. I also most times blame the so-called graduates too. Imagine a graduate who can't differentiate between using "I'm" and "am" in a sentence. How will I advise such a person to take up the role of a content writer, social media page manager, or even a typist? This country is not trying but every undergraduate is supposed to up his or her game so as to be to stranded after graduation. While in school, read wide (even outside your course of study), connect with people (meaningful people that can help), learn skills (especially digital skills, we have free courses online), pray (if you believe in prayers), and HOPE. |
Yeye dey smell. Failed attempt already. They should have kept it low if they ever wanted to succeed. |
How long does the battery last please? |
Oh, okay. Will it go for 100k? So I can come for it |
I don't think I'll ever trust the Nigerian police force in my life again. That was how I noticed 2 guys following me under the bridge at Ikeja. As soon as I saw police men, I was relieved hoping that I would be safe. I moved closer to one of the policemen with the two area boys very close to me. Only for the police man to chase all of us from his side. It was at that moment I realized that I was on my own. It took the intervention of two other guys I met on the road for me not to be robbed that night. Funny thing is that the boys hailed the policemen and they hailed back. |
Why do I always feel that this senate president is always told what to say during any event. I wonder if he has ever said his mind concerning any national issue. Rubber stamp rubbish |
