See why Nigeria as a country has a long way to go. Why can't we be civil must we result to force even when the situation on ground doesn't warrant it. Some people here saying the girl deserved the slap goes to show that aside our leaders the citizens are also a problem. The girl being rude or ignoring the soldier does it pose a threat to life and the environment? Trained soldiers react with force only when there is a threat to life and the environment. In a reasonable society the man would have introduced himself as a soldier and even presented an ID card before asking her a question. People ranting here do you just answer strangers who come up to you asking you questions. what do you expect after all the leader see women as only belonging to kitchen, living room and other room. Black man, Black mind and Black attitude. |
kropotkin2:You that want to die on top Nigeria matter what has Nigeria done for you. has Nigeria given you basic infrastructures and the right environment to develop yourself and become a worthy citizen and a complete human being. Do you have light in Ur area, good roads, can you get free health care, how secured are you? can you be maltreated outside Nigeria and the government sticks its neck for you? what has your leaders done for you if not to subjugate you and give u a survival mentality so that you don't bother about asking necessary questions, fighting just course and challenging them rather you remain in perpetual servitude. Any wise person will either call for restructuring or total disintegration there is nothing good Nigeria has to offer its youths....NOTHING....the same song and stories our parents have been telling is what we are now telling. Something is wrong with Nigeria...the country seem to be cursed .....may be Nigeria wasn't even meant to be.... Why struggle to keep a country together that isn't working....This can't continue its either they restructure or disintegrate. The days I had hope for this country are gone its RESTRUCTURE or DISINTEGRATE... |
CassieV:Jizzzzz...very good...but you can still bend more that's why I suggested walls so in time u can touch Ur feet doing the bend. However I am impressed.... when I tried mine I heard my back make funny sounds...the back and the spine felt so free afterwards. |
DrinkWater10:Welcome bro, I also want to make you understand that you can still go back to doing all those things. You would see the benefits in time. I understand when people say they are scared of doing backflips but with proper progressions and spotting you will be landing your backflips. I see videos online of men in there 40's learning and landing backflips. Karate is a good movement discipline I think you should resume training and again a black belt isn't the end of a martialarts in fact its just the beginning. Look forward to you been active on the thread. |
CassieV:On the floor in between walls that are sort of close....its painful and worth the trial. u will fill more flexible in Ur back and spine region and Ur chest will be opened up |
CassieV:Very good. Have you tried doing your bridge in a tight place like say in between two walls....try that. |
thesoj:If what I said angered you, I am sorry but you need to realize that the world now when they hear Nigeria what comes to mind is corruption, scammers, terrorist, drug pushers etc and that is why good people on this thread are trying to help one another appear convincing enough to the VOs cause even the VOs also have that impression about Nigerians making those who are innocent suffer. Whether we like it or not as Nigerians immigration officers or whoever from other country already have a certain perception about Nigerians. After some events of this year the people all around the world are beginning to see certain people as potential terrorist or agents and you won't blame them. I am not stereotyping anyone I am just trying to paint the thoughts of some people at this time. Those words i said are from some Nigerians over in canada, a friend of mine inclusive, who didn't see any Nigerian coming over to there school this fall and who are also feeling pained about the rate of refusals. |
hustla:Then its the Arabs and middle eastern peeps that could be Isis agents that may stab, shoot or bomb there citizens they will gladly let in. The fact is that if Nigeria as a country was well developed and had a powerful and vibrant economy then we would have got the respect we deserve....The youths that want to better there life are even suffering the greed and selfishness of our leaders. I have read some post on this thread and with the documents some people are submitting and reasons the VOs are stating it seems they don't even look and read through applications they just refuse it. Information reaching me makes me know that some countries there applicants dont package applications like Nigerians who trying to be very convincing include statement of account, assets, drafting very good SOP and even trying to give the VO what they want and need. Most applicants from other countries don't stress it. Advice now is to get out of Nigeria and apply ooh...but if your faith can carry the burden of applying from home then you can apply from here. God will see everyone through. Though the vision may tarry it will surely come to past.. Be positive Good night. |
hustla:Why must it be quota with Nigeria. My friend said this fall he didn't see any Nigerian resume he saw mainly Asians, Arabs and few whites. Nigeria is a country to toil with nah....that's why they will take passports for 17 weeks and bounce people for no just reason. Has anyone been to VFs recently someone I know said she went to pick up her passport and the place was so scanty you could count the people in the Canadian application center. How true is what she said? |
How come the US seems to be issuing visas while canada is dulling people..The people I know who all applied to the USA all got visas while the ones I know who applied for canada were all denied including one going for MSC...Is it that canada doesn't want Nigerians again or what. I think one should just travel out and apply to Canada from any other place aside Nigeria. This year has been abnormal with Nigeria and Canada. Seems the VOs are seeing applicants from Nigeria as people trying to run away from the country pending the recession we are facing. God help us all and our expectations will never be cut short. Amen. |
what are the prospects of occupational health and safety professionals in Kenya..is HSE a flourishing career path in Kenya. |
If women or any woman has a problem with the word submission or fear your husband then I think they should take there fight to God and not to the men after all its God that inspired the word submission or fear for women in marriage. How some women claim to love God and yet have a problem with his commandment of submission to there husband I don't understand...Ironically, you have more women in the church who claim to love God than men but yet find it so hard to obey the God they claim to love. if you can't submit to your husband that you see is it God that you don't see that u want to obey and submit too. If with God women want to play complicated. @Toks2008 your on point. If any woman has a problem with Submission then go and pick your quarrel with GOD. |
Bearshare:My brother you have said well, as there is no information that isn't useful when it comes to safety. However, certification and training bodies are same cause Nebosh is even regarded as a training body. Even with OSHA you can be member of renowned safety organizations in the world. in case you don't know OSHAcademy isn't playing as you can request for transcript from them and tell them to mail you transcript to any school. you are graded and even have CGPA. Universities and colleges also refer students to oshacademy online programs and employers also refer employees to them. Your saying things like Nebosh is equivalent to ond, bsc and even gives u opportunity to go for masters well I think I said all that when I mention the quality and standard of British education from my previous post. Employers who are safety committed will still look at OSHA along side Nebosh and I will say that american companies will always look at OSHAcademy certs first. I know of someone working with chevron he doesn't have nebosh all he has are oshacademy online certificates. Notwithstanding, OSHA, IoSH, Nebosh, CIEH etc are all recognized safety training and certification bodies. The thing with OSHA is that it reduces cost of acquiring a world recognized certification and training. I have got nebosh but still do OSHA courses and there is nothing wrong with that. To further advice people, you can take specific oshacademy courses tailored towards industries for example fall protection course, scaffold safety etc. because I have come across vacancies that specifically mentioned having certifications in some specific courses that affect industry eg scaffolding safety certification, electrical safety certifocation, COSHH certification etc. Do your OSHA or Nebosh but try to network with other safety professionals and put your ears down for information as regards job openings and internship. www.oshatrain.org/pages/what-are-the-benefits-of-your-training.html |
CassieV:CassieV you will need to start by building arm and shoulder strength by doing pushups with your knee on the floor and please pushups won't give you muscles it will only firm your arms, girls develop structurally like guys cause they don't have testosterone. Then work on your core muscles by doing planks. Then use the wall when you throw your legs on the wall take Ur legs off the wall one after the other slightly and see. if u can balance. Hope the tips help. |
ademasta:The OSHA certificate is useful. It now depends on your resilience, network/connections, referrals and God Almighty to bless the hard work you put I'm acquiring the certifications. |
ademasta:Programs and courses with OSHAcademy are quite recognized. OSHAcademy treats safety from the american point of view with standards that are applicable and appreciated in top organizations. America companies will look at your OSHA certifications before they look at your NEBOSH and organizations that are committed to safety will surely appreciate your OSHA certifications. The reason why people are so NEBOSH based is cause of.. 1. Nebosh is British and the British are known to deliver when it comes to quality and standard of education. 2. Nebosh since is British is recognized in Europe and other countries that has to do with the Queen (Australia, Newzealand and Canada). 3.Nebosh has a strong marketing base it has influence in the middle east, Europe, Asia and Africa. |
Allwility:I get what your saying but if you do your research well you would know that all those foreign bodies have an understanding between themselves and have established a sort of connection and affiliation. That's why you will hear CRSP make mention of IOSH as one of the courses you can do to be a member of CRSP. The thing is that most of all these international safety bodies will still have you take there indigenous exams before you can be a member and ISPON is trying to do same. In the ISPON act it states that Ispon would accredit and certify centers or organizations that run standard and update hse courses in Nigeria and anywhere else, therefore there is a probability that Ispon may have in its plan to later have people who run other hse courses with other organizations to become members. The chairman Ispon Lagos said they had iosh and British safety council telling Ispon to run there courses, with such developments, probably in the future one can become Ispon member with professional bodies that are recognized by and affiliated with ISPON. Safety is still gaining grounds in Nigeria and you won't blame ISPON for trying to make an impression and stamp there foot on the floor. |
@ CassieV...These are a few of my tricks...I am a movement person..a mover...homo mobilis. I am impressed at your progressions u rock.

Stelvin101:Thats why I always say Nigeria has a long way to go and it will be very very very very hard for this country to be a good one. |
The truth is that many of these actresses are high class runz babes and aristo babes that are only using acting to cover up. when ladies derive joy in flexing there beauty, bum and boobs rather than there intellectual capacity they will continue to have men see them as sexual object...with what ladies are displaying on social media and in town I think women should forget gender equality and feminism for now. I wonder why ladies complain that guyz like sex and only see ladies as sexual object when the ladies themselves seem to be happy and enjoy the fact that they are making men think of having sex with them. |
That babe has used corset to finish her midsection..hope she doesn't crush her lungs one day. |
So it took her 12 days to reply the dude...hmmmm...she should thank her God she was lucky if not she for luck 40, single and begging. Some girls with there ego and nonsense forming chase prospective husband and when it dawns on them they start attending every singles prayer meetings. |
The sports minister has just showed us the major problem of Nigeria. |
With every passing day I get more convinced that this country needs to just break or we go into regionalism or better still we lease Nigeria to some other country to be managed. |
if care is not taking many will exchange there destiny for iphone7 and some will be so fortunate to pay with there head. If only our girls will embrace wisdom...many exchanged there destiny for Nokia 3310 then...some exchange there destiny for sim card that is worth 100naira now. |
Some guyz advising her to do that dirty man if you will be happy to see your wife, daughter or sister screw there way through a job interview or screw all the directors and heads of department just to attain heights or status then your right telling her to do the dirty man but if you won't be happy seeing Ur wife, daughter or sister screwing men to get what want or attain whatever level then let Ur conscience judge you. |
