Ike77503:Neatly organized and well arranged work station. But i can't seem to see a fire extinguisher and first aid box around. You can improve on your Occupational Health Safety and Environmental Standards by putting fire extinguishers and first aid boxes close and in an accessible location. |
YaksonFCA:Neat work station but you can still improve on your Occupational Health Safety and Environmental Standards by implementing good ergonomic standards firstly change the printer/photocopier position so that you can exercise whilst working as you will have to get up from your seat and walk down to photocopy or get your prints. Get your seat off the wall and get a seat that is built to ergonomic standards that is seats that can be adjustable, rotates, comfortable arm rest etc. |
Barselonia:Construction sites are one place with various types of hazards as a result of its different stages and phases. Improving on your Occupational Health Safety and Environmental Standards would save you from much e.g government actions, compensation claims, setback in meeting up with project deadlines etc. You can prevent this by implementing good Occupational Health Safety and Environmental Standards by ensuring your workmen wear the right personal protective equipments and follow standard safety procedures. |
Henrick007:I can see your hard working and want to get the work done but you can improve on your Occupational Health Safety and Environmental Standards by ensuring you have the right personal protective equipments on such as the right clothing, gloves, safety glasses, safety boots and hard hat. |
Tomjazzy2:Neat work space but you can still do more to improve your Occupational Health Safety and Environmental standards by moving your chair off the wall so that you can benefit from ergonomic standards i.e the chair needs to rotate freely (if its designed to rotate) that wall would obstruct the rotation of that chair which will contribute to back and upper body pains ( Work Related Upper Limb Disorders). |
initialize:If you seat on the floor to work with your lap top then that's poor Occupational Safety Health and Environment Standard. I advise you get a chair and table that fits ergonomic standards. |
JeffreyJamez:Neat Work space but you can improve on Occupational Health Safety and Environmental Standards by taking that printer/photocopier of that desk and transferring it to a position that will have you get off your chair to either photocopy or get your prints. This will ensure you are exercised while at work. Having that printer on that table would reduce exercise and contribute to work Related Upper Limb Disorders, diabetes, obesity, hypertension etc. |
Frediluk:Are you on whatsapp |
saintdennis:If you don't know anything about budo or Bushido then u know nothing about the samurai. Samurais live by the sword and its an honour to die by the sword and not by poison. |
saintdennis:Samurais don't drink poison they either have there comrade behead them or they carry out a ritual called seppuku or harakiri. If you don't know anything about Bushido or the budo code its better you keep quiet. |
Go and get your certificates with ISPON, SMTS group or Falck group... |
missmary:Lol |
Isnt it weird how guyz can commit to a particular football team for years through thic and thin but can't commit to one girl....Lol |
zuma4k:Instead of reminding the Igbo's that they have brothers up North each time hausa /Fulani kills an Igbo person and the Igbo's decide to pay back..You One Nigeria guyz should happily and peacefully let the Igbo's GO.. its that easy...Na wa ooh |
Cosbyrich:Boxing is a sport with rules and cant be compared to real time fighting..when u talk about fight as in FIGHT the Igbos will beat to pulp most tribes..Igbo's are pure testosterone even down to some of there women...Igbo is relative to Masculinity. |
Black man is an enemy to himself....So killing people on there farmlands is "self defence"..In the end we will still be the ones to cause the disintegration that was predicted....With every passing day It becomes clearer that Nigeria shouldn't have existed rather tribes with common language, religion and belief system should have just been left alone to forge there path. With northern leaders defending the Fulani herdsmen then you should know that this country will never MAKE SENSE. |
Discovering oil shouldn't even make one any happier because its not as if we have leaders who are people minded and who will use the resources discovered for the good of the citizens. With all the oil producing states why is Nigeria still a 3rd world nation? Even if we have oil in each states with the kind of leaders and greed inherent in this country, the masses will still continue to suffer. |
must you have employment from a NewZealand employer before applying for there skilled migration. |
cruzita:These girls rarely contract HIV they take care of themselves well because they understand the occupational hazards and risk. |
CSTR2:This is the problem with Africa and Nigeria..with all our professors and PhD holders what are we inventing or producing in Nigeria. Has Nigeria been transformed in any way by Professors and PhD holders and certificates. Education is not about having certificates rather its about enlightenment of the mind. If we had more enlightened minds than certificate holders or professors then these country will be better off. |

Wealthgang:Firstly if your going into HSE cause of just getting a job then you may end up frustrated. Go into HSEwith passion and interest to save life's and make the work place a better place. I will advice you to do Ispon as it has been signed into the constitution its the professional body for HSE in Nigeria and there course in Lagos have very interesting facilitators who are practicing and will do there best to make you enjoy whilst learning during the course. Ispon will give u an insight of being a good HSE professional in Nigeria. Ispon courses and syllables where drawn from SPDC. Your Nebosh I will advice you do Nebosh IGC cause IGC gives you are general knowledge of HSE as it can be applied in various industries with IGC u can fit into any industry. Doing Nebosh oil and gas now seem like your limiting your self to just a sector. When you do your IGC and then get a job in the oil and gas industry then u can do Nebosh oil and gas...People who have done nebosh oil and gas advice its better u do it while in the oil and gas industry as Ur experience will come in to play in class. As for jobs, you can actually land good HSE jobs with just your ISPON certificates. However Nebosh courses makes you stand a better chance to be called up for an interview. Finally, be passionate about HSE or u may find out you just wasted money doing the certifications |
Guyz dating should take this prayer point NOW.. ooh Lord and my God every carrier of evil load in my life posing like girl friend ...what are you waiting for, you are wicked...Summersault and DIE... Every waster in my life posing as girl friend should be wasted by FIRE... Every grave posing like girl friend should swallow the DIGGER.... pray vigorously... |
@Magic minister, at times I have this thought that the black man is cursed and that the mind of the black man cant be freed from chains of slavery and that's why we are very backward...you just pointed out an interesting fact about a president who isnt walking the talk...and some people see nothing wrong with it. No wonder this country is a hellhole cause no matter how bad our leaders do some people will still applaud them. Is the black man cursed? why do Nigerians and indeed the black man have a mind bounded by the chains of slavery. In Bob Marley's voice: emancipate yourself from mental slavery none but ourselves can free our minds. |
debbie:I have heard ooooooooooh....there will be no need to looking forward to blocking anything....this heat is killing abeg. |
debbie:Debbie that's not a blog I posted...that was from myjobmag.com....I pastes the whole link...That's not a blog post...look at it well. I just thought I could help out. Thanks. |
And yet they want men to stop seeing them as sex objects, they want men to respect them and they want gender equality...I think girls, ladies and women should sort themselves out by first respecting themselves and there dignity before they demand respect from men |
Kevronconsultin:I have gone through the article and I must commend you. it was a good article that proffered solutions and how to go about having a safer construction clime Nigeria. I hope the governments eyes are opened to the importance of hse, its implementation and enforcement. To add to your article I will also suggest that a very good safety management system be implemented in construction projects as this will help in planning/implementation, organization, monitoring, reviewing and auditing. Most of the times the root cause of building collapse aside from negligence to health and safety is a poor safety management system. Secondly, health and safety professionals should be very good at phase hazard analysis as construction is a project that presents various hazards with every phase. The hazard you see in the construction site in the planning stage is different from the one you see in the mid stage or final stage. Once again sir I appreciate your educative article. |
