The link you posted even talks about written Torah and Oral Torah ( Talmud) which was communicated to moses to God before he taught it to others..the oral Torah(talmud) helps in explaining the scriptures and how to go about applying the law (the TORAH).

The link you even posted you didn't note that the Torah is the 5 books written by moses and then you have the oral Torah which is the Talmud that was passed on to moses which he taught to others The Oral Torah a.k.a Talmud have various prayers that includes the prayer for protection that mentions Micheal, Gabriel, Raphael and Uriel and Baba GOD. If the Jews totally rejects the apocrypha then how come they also make reference to it in some of there teachings. Yes I am channeling my "curiosity" to know about Christ too. However, when it comes to Christ curiosity isn't what Christ wants from me but a relationship..Christ deals with Us through revelations and inspirations that comes with studying the word of God...When it comes to Christ I focus on a relationship and not just studying like I do for other things. My quest for knowledge is to the glory of GOD, to enhance my faith in Jesus Christ and to also enable me talk freely with those whose religion or believes are different from mine in so doing getting them into a comfort zone where I can tell them about Jesus Christ.

The truth at times is that we are not comfortable with peoples perspective because we have brought ourselves down patiently to see why they believe in what they believe in.

There is even a Jewish school of thought that states that angels don't have known names and that the names we know them with where brought by the Israelites from Babylon..if we are to go by that then should we even believe in the names Michael and Gabriel?

The Angel Raphael and Uriel are not in the protestant bible but they are in Jewish Torah and the Deuterocanonical books which are in the catholic bible.

You may not know Raphael or Uriel but the Jews know about them because they appear in there torah and catholics know about them cause its in the catholic bible.

For example in the book of Tobit the angel Raphael appeared to tobit and told him how to go about defeating the spiritual husband of his newly wedded wife that has killed 7 of her former husbands on there wedding night.

The Jewish people will tell you about the book of Esdras that was written by Ezra and how he communicated with angel Uriel on my the heart of man always leans towards evil.

However, with written accounts of these angels Christians really don't pay attention to them because.

- Most old testament quotes in the new testament where not gotten from those deuterocanonical books.

In as much as we have and read our bibles with the very familiar books we shouldn't forget that God works in ways we don't understand. You don't know everything, we learn every day and you should be open to learn and hear from other people and there perspective who knows you may learn a thing or two.

The bible has answers to everything that's if God chooses to give you answers to certain questions.

Finally, God is love and can also be a consuming fire, God is brings peace and can also bring damnation therefore I believe the truth that Angels can bring certain horrors upon your enemies, gaints and walls of jehricos that don't want to let you be. However we can take a look at Daniel and how spiritual he was to a point he was able to tell the king his dream and the fact he stood for vegetarian diet instead of meat..You can research also further on vegetarians and spirituality although you would get people from other religions contribute more. I also know that when you eat meat accompanied with much food you tend to get fat which could make you lazy on your approach to your spiritual life for example too much weight and indigestion (it takes some time for meat to digest and be absorbed into the blood stream and each kind of meat has the number of days it takes for complete digestion) could be d reason why you find it hard to wake up so early to have a quiet time and meditate compared to one who has a vegetarian diet his food digests fast and he feels lighter and can afford to wake up early to pray or even engage in night prayers with out sleeping off.

Kenneth4u205 Vegetarianism doesn't have its root in Buddhism or eastern religion. Vegetarianism has its roots from Adam and eve. They where the first Vegetarians in fact God created man to be vegetarians at first. In fact research has it that our digestive system is more suited for vegetarian diets. Remember Daniel and the Hebrew boys who decided to go on a vegetarian diet and appeared fresher and stronger than those who ate meat.

In fact man started to eat meat after the flood, The Bible tells us that God gave permission for humans to eat the meat of animals after the Flood of Noah's time to supplement the diet of vegetation they were originally given. (Genesis 3:21; 4:4; 9:3)

Vegetarians are known to be strong in terms of stamina and endurance and highly spiritually sensitive. That's why some Buddhist and Hindus have this high spiritual sensitivity although not in the path of God. Some people go on vegetarian diet to attain certain spiritual levels and at times when people even fast they do so with vegetarian diet.

There is nothing wrong with you being vegetarian and probably its even helping your spiritual sensitivity and alertness not to say that those who eat meat or our regular balance diet that has a portion of everything isn't as spiritually sensitive.

Nice work station I can see your work places considers Occupational Health Safety and Environment i can see your fire extinguisher, first aid box but you having a work station with two air conditioners facing you could be a risk to your health and safety when you work in a very cold environment you can be stressed and this will affect your productivity and efficiency since your work station seem mobile you can move away from that location to a safer one.

I can see you well equipped for the job but you can still improve your Occupational Health Safety and Environmental standards. Grinding is under hot work and you will need to have Fire extinguisher around you, First aid box around you and a tool box by your side and not having tools behind you as you will have to turn and twist to get those tools when you need them while working and this can contribute to muscular skeletal disorders. I will advice you also wear the right clothing for the job such as fire resistant overall and also hand gloves.

Remember Safety is your responsibility

If that is your work station then I think you should improve on your Occupational Safety Health and Environmental Standards by implementing ergonomic standards such as clearing underneath the table so that your legs can have enough space for relaxation and smooth blood flow in the leg region. Really you are stressed if you truly work there for 8 hrs 5/6 days a week.

Also consider getting a chair that is designed to ergonomic standards this will reduce your stress level and burst your productivity and efficiency.

If you work on the computer for long ensure your computer has a screen to shield your eyes from rays or you can buy transparent glasses.

You can improve on your Occupational Health and Safety by watching your diet, taking your breaks and exercising. This will reduce your chances of diabetes, obesity, hypertension, cancer, work related upper limb disorder and will improve productivity, efficiency and reduce stress.
