Not everyone has a movie and book based on their real-life saga, but 13-year-old Annabel Beam knows what that feels like.

Sitting on her couch in Cleburne, Texas, she discusses the differences between the upcoming movie Miracles From Heaven , which stars Jennifer Garner , and her mother's book by the same name.

"At first, I was a little worried about it," she says of the minor changes. "But now I'm like, 'You know what? They had to do it, like, dramanational.' "

"Dramanational!" laughs big sister Abbie, 16.
"I don't even know why I said that!" Annabel yells with glee. "I meant to say 'dramatic license,' but I was like, 'dramanational.' "

Annabel, whom Abbie calls "the goofiest kid I've ever met," may also be one of the luckiest. In December 2011, after suffering from a chronic intestinal disorder for four years, she fell headfirst 30 feet inside a hollow tree in their yard, somehow emerging without serious injuries. And somehow free of her stomach disorder.

Annabel says she visited heaven while trapped inside the tree.Asking to stay with Jesus – there was no stomach pain in heaven – she says he told her, "No, Annabel, I have plans for you on Earth that you can't fulfill in heaven."

Finding herself back in the tree, she waited for rescuers to send down a harness to pull her up. But she wasn't alone, she says; a guardian angel was there to keep her company.

"In the tree, the angel winked at me as if they were saying, 'You're gonna be all right now,' " she tells PEOPLE.
The firefighters who rescued her "kept saying how eerily calm and peaceful Annabel was," says her mother, Christy Beam. "If anyone was entombed in the base of a tree for five hours, they'd be hysterical. But she never was."

After Anna told her parents about going to heaven – and after they realized her stomach was suddenly well – "God totally laid it on my heart to write this book," Christy says. "I literally said, 'No, God, that's so cute. I don't write, but thank you anyway.' "

But after more prayer and encouragement by others, "I bought a laptop and just started. It was so cathartic."
The book wasn't even on the shelves yet when a movie agreement was made. Starring Garner as Christy, it opens in theaters on March 16.

The Beams know there will be people who don't believe the movie or the book. Annabel's stomach condition, called pseudo-obstruction mobility disorder and antral hypo motility disorder , is associated with the nervous system, so some have theorized that it cleared up when she hit her head in the tree.

Abbie says people have approached her and exclaimed, "That's so amazing! The fall healed her!"
"I'm like, 'No, what happened after the fall healed her,' " she adds.

As for a medical explanation, "the doctors don't know," Christy says. "They just say she's asymptomatic and on zero medications."

Kevin Beam, Annabel's father, says there is one thing he knows for sure: "The girl who fell in the tree is not the girl who came out of that tree."

To those who doubt her story, Annabel has a few words.
"What I want to say is this," she says. "Believe in it if you want to. We put this out so you could have a stronger faith and probably a better life. But we're not trying to force it down your throat. So you can believe as you want, but we put this out there to help you, not hurt you."
Christy, who is working on a children's version of her book, has more free time these days, now that Annabel's recurring hospital stays are a thing of the past.

"Sometimes, it's nice to just sit back and laugh," she says of her family's life now. "It's nice to absorb it and just be grateful."

From my little knowledge the chemistry of fasting and prayers is that it draws us closer to God cause when fasting you build up your spirit man because you give up earthly comforts and pleasures at that time and focus on God. God is compelled to answer our prayers when we fast because by fasting and prayers we draw close to God and he draws close to us and when God draws close to you, you experience inspiration, revelation, deliverance, break through and may more.

Fasting and prayers is one way to strengthen your relationship with God and that's what God wants from us he wants to have a personal relationship with us, God wants us to have a personal experience of him.

People saying kachukwu should be diplomatic seem to like the suffering they are undergoing and that of the masses...the problem of Nigeria includes the followers. Unless u are blind then you will know that the Nigerian situation doesn't need any diplomacy BUT the RAW truth if the country will burn let it burn...we don't need diplomacy, we don't need lies we need the truth. The hard truth will bring about the necessary change not diplomacy.

I bet those men who died have been doing the work without safety precautions for a long time, they are experience...this is to show that accident doesn't respect experience.

A reasonable country fagbims filling station will be made to face the law for negligence to hse responsibility.

The root cause is as a result of poor safety management system no policy, no planning and no procedure. A confined space work that is potentially hazardous and risk and yet nothing in place..Now what should have been done to avoid such accident.

- Ensure confined space work is planned by carrying out job hazard analysis, hazard identification or risk assessment so as to identify hazards and risk levels so that appropriate safety controls and measures can be put in place.

- Ensure Permit to work which is a safe system of work that ensures that all necessary controls are in place to avoid stories that touch eg fatalities, injury, illness, environmental and property damage.

- Ensure work men are trained for the task and fully have a clear understanding and risk perception of the task.

-Ensure confined space atmosphere is tested for toxic/flammable fumes, gases and vapours. You can the inert or ventilate to remove toxic air.

- Ensure work men are properly kitted with the right personal protective equipment for the job eg self contained breathing apparatus, respirators/facemask, right clothing, safety booty, hard hats and radio phones.

- Fire extinguishers should be out side and inside the confined space depending on the nature of the task.

- Ensure you have your fire protection/prevention system around such as alarms in the confined space that monitors atmosphere and would signal in case atmosphere poises a risk.

- Have work men with life lines attached to them so that those outside could use the life lines to check on work men in confined space.

- In developed countries when such non routine high risk jobs are been carried out public emergency services are being notified just in case....we can adopt that in Nigeria.

Like I always say until we take Health Safety Environment and welfare seriously then we should expect more loss of life's, property and damage to the environment.

Once HSE rules and regulations are enforced by the necessary bodies then we will witness a reduction on accidents or even start having zero accidents rate.

If you say Safety is expensive then try accident.

They failed to persecute TB Joshua doesn't mean we should fold our arms and watch work men and women die while some end up having life altering injuries. This lekki garden case is a start point and can lead to revisiting of so many other neglected cases.

Today may be lekki gardens tomorrow can be your place of work or the place of work of your loved one. The earlier the better we speak up on the health safety and welfare of work men, women and the public the better for us.

I hope you know that Jesus obeyed civil authority and Christians are instructed to obey civil authorities. and one way of obeying civil authorities is to building using construction standards and codes.

The management of lekki gardens didnt take health safety and welfare of workers and the public serious. They didn't do all that was reasonable to avoid this accident which was preventable and avoidable considering the fact that they where warned not to go ahead with the construction because the area wasn't meant for a 5 storey building, the site was then sealed and the company went ahead and unlawfully continued with the construction and then we had such incidents that resulted in 35 fatalities and many others injured.

That is what you get when play negligent to your health safety environment and welfare responsibility as an employer.

The management should face the law and be made to pay every compensation and medical bills due to the victim of the accidents. At least other organizations would learn from this. I expect that more organizations who neglect health, safety environment and welfare be made to face the law.

As an employer you have three reasons for you to consider HSE which are Moral, Legal and Economic reasons. Lekki gardens have failed legally and morally and which would lead to them failing economically.

I have been on both sides of the tithing debate. I was for it for years, then rabidly against it. Now I have sobered up. Personally, I no longer tithe, I just give freely whatever I purpose in my heart, but I'm hesitant to discourage tithers nor do I cheer non-tithers

2. Tithing like Sunday fellowship is a tradition
3. Tithing like Sunday tradition have some positive benefits; enhances discipline in giving just as Sunday tradition enhances fellowship
4. Tithing like Sunday fellowship tradition has been abused severally with believers blackmailed into parting with their money. Some have even had dreams and visions of non-tithers in hell. Some believers think failure to attend Sunday services is a sin

What do you people have to say about tithing? Cause the early Christians didn't tithe I haven't seen that anywhere but what I know they did was to gather what they had sold and gave to the poor and the needy amongst them and in Deuteronomy 14 the instruction on tithing is not what we do today.

Since Christ has died and we know longer live under the law and since the early Christians never spoke on tithing but on love and giving does it now mean that we are meant to give and give from our hearts and not under the guise of tithe. Can't it be said that one has paid "tithe" by giving to the poor, orphans and widows just like it said in Deuteronomy 14. If you have someone who needs urgent help and you give the person Ur said tithe money haven't you done just?

I find it ironic that people will want to pay tithe cause they see God as a money doubler and yet find it difficult to help a neighbour in need.

Why is it that in some churches they call out those who have there tithe in hand to come forth for prayers making others feel some how.

Are we really obliged to pay tithe after the dead of Christ? The way Deuteronomy 14 instructed we pay tithe is it what we do today? Since the early Christians didn't talk of tithe but giving doesn't it mean we should give and give from the heart as you are touched but it mustn't be tithe as an obligation.

please no your body type first I.e endomorph, mesomorph, ectomorph and then you know your weight and then you can research on the kind of workout best suited for you don't go taking supplements unnecessarily. At times to get big all you need is to eat big and eat right.
