Have you used the card before on Facebook on a different ad account? If yes, the card will not be accepted and if you keep trying it, you ad account might be disabled. SOLUTION: 1. If you bank with access bank, apply for their visa card. It works 2. Use your GTB Mastercard to create a verified PayPal account and choose PayPal option for payment. Try any of the above options.
