You can't compare voting in the north with rivers in particular where its all about who can field the highest number of gun carrying thugs, who can mobilize policemen and soldiers to protect a mandate brazenly stolen in daylight.

It may interest you to know that the current governors of jigawa, kebbi, Niger, were very much unknown prior to 2015, people voted them in even when the governors of their states back then were of the PDP, I don't think such can happen in rivers.

I do not know where to place this story. We need clearer picture please. What were the 50 children doing underground? Were they kidnapped or in some church programs? Where are their parents and did they make entry for loss of children? All these would help us get to the bottom of this puzzle. Something is not adding up.
