for those suggesting ram and hard disk space for hibernation probs, thats never tru, its simply a simultaneous reference to a particular location on hard disk and in memory, so its expected to slow down, eg, its like trying to rejoin a bus on high speed rather from the bus-stop

then for the hard drive yes the hard space plays a big role in hibernating, the file are temprary put on the hard drive then back to RAM when it powers back on

I notice when i put my PC on hibernate, the browser are very slow or unresponsive when i'm using them unlike when the computer starts from scratch (switched off)

i guess you are trying to say your pc is slow when starts from hibernation

how much RAM do you have ? and how much of your disc space is left on your hard drive and roughly how many programs would be running when you put into hibernation

I also have a system that shut down on restart. I av gone through d properties of "my computer" to change hardware settings, and allowed my network adapters to b O S controlled since i didnt see wake up type option "off". Pls tel me aw to go tru d bios settings to change it.

have you tried system restore especially if the problem was not there before choose a date before the problem kicked in

yes you can but it depends on the software eg realplayer needs you to register online for it to finally work

so you download the software to usb drive or whatever external drive you have and then install it to the pc that is not connected to the net

the wireless device is not meant for your pc motherboard hence the connectors are two and the other one is single connection

removal or short-circuiting the CMOS battery won't work with this type of laptop.

I know reading the EEPROM chip can reveal the password but how do i read it?

who did set the password ? the best thing is take it back where you bought it and ask if there are the ones who set the password and they should reset or delete it



If you forget your BIOS password, consult your motherboard manual or if you don't have one, consult the website of the BIOS manufacturer

I need help here. I cant connect my phone directly with my laptop with the aid of bluetooth. Anytime i switch on my bluetooth device on laptop to search for a phone, it will connect and this helps me to trasfer file from laptop to a phone but my phone will never send files to the laptop. check the s.s. It says bluetooth peripheral device not installed.

its not about which driver to use along the driver is working on the built in wireless you need to restart the pc and your wireless router after restart the built wireless should pick up the wireless router and configure the password
