Nsiman: The bible is from God, the koran is from Allah, God = Allah and vice-versa. So it may be found in the koran too. Remember, the old testament is what is mainly in the koran
SapeleGuy: There is nothing not to get here- this is all cookie cutter stuff. Please don't pretend there is no ethnic undercurrent to the politics of Zimbabwe. Have the Shona not oppressed the Ndebele? Your elections were rigged and our census was also rigged, I think we are violently agreeing in that these things were done to control and maintain a grip on power and resources.
Nigeria allocates resources (including money) based on the Federal Character of the Nation (Regional Population) - I don't think it is necessary to further explain the inbuilt incentive that encourages the manipulation of census or election figures.
i didnt deny and you did not ask about it but you intangled it in the population debate and rigging, i dont see where it really fits
Nigeria allocates resources (including money) based on the Federal Character of the Nation (Regional Population) - I don't think it is necessary to further explain the inbuilt incentive that encourages the manipulation of census or election figures.--- then it makes sense thats way
do you want to know more about shona and ndebeles ?
SapeleGuy: "For to those who have, more will be given, and they will have an abundance; but from those who have nothing, even what they have will be taken away."
It depends how much credence you give to the numbers, judging by recent election results, Zimbabwean arithmetic is just as bad as Nigerian arithmetic when it comes to census. Please don't ask why elections are rigged.
I am surprised that a Zimbabwean does not understand the correlation between politics, population and power - and how these can be used to allocate resources. I can draw similarities with how the Shona control the resources whilst the Ndebele and others look on.
on that i dont agree with you
election where rigged not becoz of the population number ? but on those who voted between the PMs and presidental
the population of zimbabwe is known and we agree to the numbers the only number which is not really known is how many zimbabweans living outside zim
on the last part i dont get you
the question is on total population not on how many ibo yoruba etc so the shona ndebele thing you put i dont get it
Akin-Egba: In Nigeria, as in any sensible country except Zimbabwe, every one whether self employed (a trader) or a white-collar person pays taxes (or at least should pay taxes). So they have tax records
yes they pay tax but it is not really enforced especially for those corner traders or market people
imagine a lady that sells yam on the corner she saved her money and now she can buy that car as new adventure in business
she put her application then cames the TAX PAYER thing can she prove that she has been paying tax all these years ?
SapeleGuy: Make una take am easy. The man has asked a legitimate question - one that we have asked and answered several times over, coming from Zimbabwe or Mars will not change the legitimacy of this question.
Nigeria is the only country in the world where the population decreases as you move from dry desert to the lush tropics (the reverse is the case in the rest of the world). The population figures are plainly false. A lie by any other name is still a lie.
what do the government benefit from lying IMF, WORLD BANK doesnt give loans based on population
so whats the point of saying ? i dont get it or it is just that you guys are feeling a bit bruised with nunbers to tend to say it is a lie
Akin-Egba: Some people evade taxes, even in the US. Wesley snipes is now in prison for tax-related matters. So you must be a tax payer to enjoy govt largesse.
they might monitor after one gets the car but how will they know before he gets the car that he is a taxes payer ?

Kobojunkie: I was going to ask if we are now considering STATE purchase of taxi's major ACHIEVEMENT cause we may need to open a thread for Akala who not only purchased Taxi's but also claimed to have employed about 1000 graduates as a result.
when i saw the photos i thought it is a private business from individuals or a group
Double N: Please i would like to know from the ladies, what's up with them and heavy luggage. I mean my G.F just came in to town and i went to the park to pick her and i could swear she had some stones in her box. S, t was as heavy as a rock! I even accused her of doing it on purpose just to punish me cos as the bobo na me go carry load reach car. Now my Mum came into town and the same story,Very Heavy Luggage! Abeg ladies i want to know why.
no disrespect but you should see your own people in general
nigerians when there are flying back to nigeria at heathrow airport
sometimes i wonder like the luggage will cost almost half of the ticket
the problem is there are forcing foreign companies to sell 49% to local people
but the big question is this, if LOCAL PEOPLE can buy 49% why cant use the 49% to start their own businesses thereby creating more jobs and competition to other companes
it is the same people who have failed national companies like the Grain Marketing Board GMB responsible for storing staple food, NOCZIM for OIL, ZESA, power suppy, ZUPCO the national transport company, ZISCO one of the top steel producing company in southern africa, CSC beef exporting and feed local market, Dairiboard natiaonal milk ets suppy
the list is endless all those compaines have been looted and are barely running
if they cant manage and run those effectively how can they run companies like nestle delta, coca cola, shwepps etc
BetaThings: Of course it is an insult. When a Nigerian says that, he is part of it and is taken lightly. But when rabbit heads are talking, then it is insulting. Let him try and remove his own despot from office and feed the small population they have
those with weak minds shall puff and huff with answering the question
those with sharp minds shall see the question and really think about the question and try to answer from their point of view
atakiti: Guy maybe the windows files that is responsible 4 booting is corrupt! So u can stil try repair on it, and u can also format it without missing any of your infomation on the system!
yes the booting files are corrupt hence am saying he should change the boot sequence to CD/DVD that will fix and corrupt boot file in the hard drive
in BIOS the booting sequence should be CD/DVD i.e change it to CD/DVD meaning CD/DVD should be on the TOP of the list dont forget to save the change settings before you exit BIOS setting, right now your boot sequence has HARD DRIVE on top of the list
when start your pc it boots using the HARD DRIVE and the hard drive has corrupt/missing boot file so it is failing to boot but once you change the sequence your pc will boot from CD/DVD and it will repair thar corrupt/missing boot file
after saving the BIOS setting put the XP CD and restart the pc
QualityShare: I pressed f2 immediately i put the sytem on. Toshiba screen is shown with 5 icons as follows: 3cds, 1 cd, floppy disk, 2 laptops, and flash drive. I can navigate to any of them. what should I do.
watch the video i posted the screen should be like the one in the video
press F2 (if am not mistaken) when you pc is starting up it will got into BIOS and from BIOS change the boot sequence from HARD DRIVE TO CD and save the the change you have done and put the CD in and start the pc it should repair its self
