WHEN GRACE BECOMES A ROLLER-COASTER TO HELL

The grace of God is so awesome that we can easily take it for granted by sinning with impunity and at first we may feel guilty and ask for forgiveness until it gets to a stage where we become so comfortable with sins and we begin to make excuses for ourselves for committing those sins.

And each time we sin, our fellowship with God breaks. It’s not His fault. It is our fault and it is up to us to correct the situation. The Presence of the Holy Spirit in our lives will help us understand that we have grieved him in words, thoughts, or actions, but GOD will not force us to again enter into fellowship with him cos it's up to us to find our way back to his fellowship. But because we have become comfortable in our sins, we may take it for granted and continue in our sinful ways until death and eventually end up in hell.

Romans 6: Verses 1 and 16
"Well then, should we keep on sinning so that God can show us more and more of his wonderful grace? -Don’t you realize that you become the slave of whatever you choose to obey? You can be a slave to sin, which leads to death, or you can choose to obey God, which leads to righteous living."

Lord Jesus, We pray this day that you give us the power to stand firm till death and never to take your grace for granted...AMEN!

In as much as i would have loved to remain neutral on this topic I think I need to elucidate on the emboldened. This isn't about equality, or proofing rights. I do not know your impression of Toke Makinwa but I will advise you separate the message and the messenger. Because you are allowing your impression of the messenger get into the interpretation of her message.

A woman who has made the decision not to suffer, or be maltreated, cheated and extorted by a guy didn't do so out of claiming rights or equalities or rubbing shoulders with Men but out of self realization, self love, esteem, confidence, self respect and self worth. She sees herself as human that deserves respect, love, attention and care. She has realized that she is a human being and should be treated as one. And that is very healthy.

That said, I will emphasis this: I am not against compromise in a relationship, as a matter of fact it very important and it should be mutual. However it should never be at the detriment of any of the partners.
