Agreed, forgiveness is tough. No one said, it is easy, that is why the Bible did not command unbelievers to forgive. You need God's grace to turn the other cheek or to pray...'Father forgive them for they know not what they are doing' when you have just be hung on the cross and a spear driven through your ribs.

You asked, some personal questions and how I will react, yes at the spur of the moment, I will react to protect myself....but, I will not never proclaim it as a Christian thing to do.
