How is this jealousy? You assume that he is being targeted because he is a Nigerian but you left out the part that says they never submitted their plan for approval before they started building. But as a Nigerian I'm not surprised this is something alien to some of us after all anyone can build anything anywhere and if government officials comes we bribe them and two years down the line the building collapses.
