panafrican:
After their elimination at the 2026 FIFA World Cup in Los Angeles , USA the South Africa football team should make sure its does not
fly over any of 53 African nations.
And you should make sure that you do not use or call any MTN number as you conduct your business. Best way to handle the xenophobic behaviour of Saffas is to engage them with a view to making them see reason and for African migrants to conduct themselves properly in South-Africa:

It is expected that Peter Obi will lead Kwaks to the meeting. A divided house will not stand. Given Peter’s Obi’s penchant for jumping ship at the slightest hint of trouble they might just be discussing what to do about him in the present circumstances.

Svoboda:
Ozekhome has always paraded himself as a defender of corruptly exposed persons right from Buhari first term. All the prosecuted politicians ran to him for legal cover. Something tells me he was cutting deals from both ends to make their cases watery in court. In this current case, was he trying to outwit Usenis son, or did he do it in cahoots with him, because from what I learned Usenis son has been selling off his father's property like merchandise, even when his father was still alive.
Jerry Useni was, like his friend in infamy, Abacha - a hard boiled thief adept at looting the public treasury! The Bible is clear that all gathered from from corruption will be dissipated and fly away!

He is not stealing a military man property, the military man and himself were both trying to steal.
They got the fictitious name before the military man(Useni) died, so after demise, in demise of Useni, himself and Useni's son try to transfer the property to himself
Very concise summation of the case against Mike Ozekhome before the English Crown Court. Mike Ozekhome has for long been an infamous character and one most unfit to be a legal practitioner and best suited to be a Mafia Don!

The guy even forged a NIMC slip and attributed one of his phone numbers to the fake identity.

He also compromised the NIN data base by presenting a faked NIN slip as evidence in court but little did he know that the British authorities had sought the services of the Nigerian Police to verify the identity on the faked slip.

The Nigerian Police presented in court , evidence to show that the NIN slip was fake and that the phone number attached to it, belonged to Mike Ozekhome.
Quite roguish and despicable conduct!

Politics › Re: BREAKING: President Tinubu Signs NIMC Act 2026 Into Law, Major Changes Ahead by zoedew: 4:16am On Jun 28
Titopeblog:
I have signed the NIMC Act 2026 into law.

For nearly twenty years, Nigeria’s identity system operated under a law written for a different era. That era is over.

This new Act gives our country a modern, secure, inclusive and digital identity framework fit for the Nigeria we are building; a Nigeria on the path to becoming a one-trillion-dollar economy.

With this law, NIMC is now positioned at the heart of Nigeria’s Digital Public Infrastructure and National Public Key Infrastructure, providing the trust foundation for verified identities, secure transactions, digital signatures and the wider digital economy.

The Act also strengthens the protection of citizens’ data. Personal information cannot be accessed carelessly, used outside its original purpose, or treated without regard for consent and due legal process. The privacy of Nigerians must be protected, and this law makes that clear.

Your National Identification Number will now serve as a stronger gateway to critical services, including passports, voter registration, bank accounts, land transactions, telecommunications, pensions, insurance, tax payments, consumer credit and government services.

One person. One identity. One number.

I gave specific instructions that this law must also protect the vulnerable, the underserved, and Nigerians in the Diaspora. No Nigerian should be locked out of opportunity because they lack a trusted identity.

The Act strengthens governance, expands representation on the NIMC Board, improves accountability, and introduces tougher penalties for identity theft, multiple registration, unauthorised access and abuse of the system.

We will not tolerate those who forge identities, steal the identities of others, or exploit the system.

I commend the National Assembly, the Honourable Minister of Interior, NIMC, our development partners, and all Nigerians whose support helped deliver this landmark legislation.

Together, we are building a more secure, inclusive and prosperous Nigeria.

This is the Renewed Hope Agenda at work.

Mike Ozekhome the alleged identity forger will have no room to escape justice. Mike Ozekhome, based on the findings in the judgment of a Crown Court in the United Kingdom is now alleged to have forged a traveling Passport to show that a fictional character known as Tali Shani to whom Gen. Jeremiah Useni transferred a property in his lifetime ( using Mike Ozekhome professional services) exists and that the fellow has transferred the property to him Mike Ozekhome. It's all about corruption by Nigerian public officials and the Nigerian professionals who help them hide and conceal the proceeds of corruption in Nigeria and overseas. Nigerians suffer when our common patrimony is stolen and that should concern us all. Gen. Jeremiah Useni, obviously in cahoots with Mike Ozekhome bought the property in a fictitious name because the funds used in the purchase were proceeds of corruption. When Jeremiah Useni died, Mike Ozekhome and Gen. Jeremiah Useni's son were caught by the U.K. system trying to transfer title to the son. Mike Ozekhome procured a forged travelling passport in the name of Tali Shani to prove he exists! A Lawyer who is found by a court in England to have conducted himself in that manner is not worthy of the Rank of Silk. It is not in doubt that he is not even worthy of being called a Legal Practitioner! In England that finding by the Court should lead to his name being struck off the Roll of Legal Practitioners. The Nigerian Bar Association pretends not to know what is going on and the LPDC is suddenly frozen!!! Mike Ozekhome over time has paraded himself as a human rights lawyer while he was busy colluding with Gen. Jeremiah Useni to steal money belonging to all Nigerians!

Many Nigerians have politicized and coloured Mike Ozekhome suspension from the rank of SAN with tribal paint to distract from the corruption it represents. Good job! If police wants to work, them go do that work fine fine.

Criminal law should be reviewed particularly, on gruesome cases. Tit for tat sot of

People you shouldn't be mean to

1. Ya security guard
2. Ya driver
3. Ya cook or house help
4. Ya close paddy (PA)

If bad thought enters any of the above against their boss, e no dey end well.
What are you doing with security guard when you can instal CCTV and live a simple life. What do you need for when you can drive an automatic yourself. I hate don’t need a cook for when you can make simple meals for yourself and eat out when you crave the elaborate menu. What do you need a p.a. when you can invest in iPhone xyz that can manage you excellently well.

There are security companies in Osun state
There is nothing in terms of comfort in Lagos that you can't get in Osun at a cheaper rate
What do you mean by conducive environment? The stress in Lagos is up to ten times what obtains in Ilesa
Then the current management is not the first to operate the company as a publicly listed company. The company went public in the 90s.
Every company can't and shouldn't be encouraged to be headquartered in Lagos and a public company headquartered in Ilesa for many years should not have been relocated to Lagos for any reason
Well, I see your point better now. It is up to the shareholders, Owa of Ijeshaland and other stakeholders to agitate for the relocation of the Hq back to Ilesa. Privately I used to wonder if the IBPLC I know is the same that runs the Ilesa breweries. The company name appears to have outgrown Ilesa😅. I mean no offence😇
