[quote author=EmmyMaestro post=140014703]"My body is my body" — Claimed police officer allegedly caught masturbating inside public bus
A disturbing video circulating on social media has sparked widespread outrage after showing a man, who claimed to be a police officer, allegedly masturbating inside a commercial bus while it was in transit.
The footage shows the man seated beside a female passenger, who openly accused him of sexually harassing her during the journey.
According to the woman, the self-proclaimed police officer was allegedly masturbating while sitting next to her. She repeatedly questioned his conduct, expressing disbelief that a grown man would engage in such an act in a public vehicle while allegedly staring at her.
Rather than deny the allegation, the man confronted the woman and questioned why she was interfering in what he described as his personal business.
As the confrontation escalated, the man allegedly became aggressive. The video shows him attempting to intimidate the woman while other passengers intervened to calm the situation.
He reportedly threatened to assault her and claimed he could have her arrested, saying her family would have to come and secure her release.
Responding to the woman’s accusation, the man insisted that whatever he was doing was nobody else’s concern.
“My body is my body. If I am even doing anything, it’s not your business,” he said.
The incident has since triggered widespread condemnation online, with many social media users calling for authorities to investigate the matter, particularly the man’s claim that he is a police officer.
Public Reactions Maxim wrote: “Your body is your body, but public spaces aren’t your private bedroom. Respect yourself and everyone around you.”
Abefe wrote: “@PoliceNG He claim he’s police officer see what you have made. Find him bring him to justice.”
Gibben wrote: “But why would he ever do that in public is he possessed or his diabolical means of protection telling him to do so…”
Tonic wrote: “The fool doesn’t know that there’s law that protects public decency and he whole heartedly agreed that he was masturbating in a public bus. Frankly speaking half education could be very dangerous and disastrous.”
Grease by Grace wrote: “We really don’t know those who have become mentally decapitated. He probably needs help or when arrested and put in prison for being a nuisance, his brain will correct.”
deserves a hungry stomach since his body is his body. |

Politics › Re: Nigerians Are Now Paying First World Prices for Third World Governance by zoedew: 7:26am On Jul 13 |
Legitbeauru: Converting Nigerian prices to dollar to prove we don't pay 'first-world prices' is a flawed economic analysis. Westerners earn in USD/GBP; Nigerians earn in a heavily devalued Naira.
When you look at the Purchasing Power Parity, Nigerians are paying the highest real prices in the world relative to income. What you are ignoring is Tax Incidence. When the administration places heavy taxes on corporations, those businesses invertly shift the burden forward to the consumer.
That is why grinding pepper in public places has jumped from 200 naira to 1,500, and why common haircut is now priced at some places in Nigeria 2500 per haircut.
Since you won’t mention this , I will help you to add it- I know you’re aware that in the West you’re citing every now and then, taxes pay for free schools, healthcare, and security. In Nigeria, we pay heavy taxes and still pay 50k for WAEC and NECO, dig our own water boreholes, and buy fuel for generators and pay heavily to install solar power for our homes and businesses, and sadly some communities contribute money to repair/build their roads and pay for security services to protect their properties and lives. And these are Nigerians carrying the direct weight of heavy taxations in the nation.
Look at the news from the airports this morning, where a video showing airport cab drivers protesting a new policy from FAAN mandating drivers to use 2020 car models, vehicles costing upwards of 18 million. This is the exact indirect taxation and elite disconnect we are talking about. See https://www.nairaland.com/8708290/cant-afford-18-million-cars
The government issues a decree to look 'first-world' without providing the first-world credit facilities, low-interest loans, or stable economy to back it up. If those drivers struggle to buy those 20m cars, guess who pays for it? The average Nigerian traveler through hyper-inflated transport fares. We are simply paying first-world costs for survival with no state benefits…
what’s your next line of defense now ? Your analysis is instructive and has my buy-in. It mirrors my reality. I live in Nigeria! |

Mattswaggz: Netanyahu should be given a special award as the man who saw the future in this case.....he reads these guys just like a book...just imagine the plain terrorism they're displaying to not just the people they claimed attacked them but to the entire world at large because of this natural leverage they managed to get their hands on.
Imagine the audacity to suggest that Oman's route shouldn't be used....only that of Iran should be used. .....and then going ahead to attack ships for no reason.
No central leadership...just confused sets of hydra cells going rogue and terrorizing the world....they should count themselves lucky though that Netanyahu is not the one presiding over a country like the US if not the story would've been different for them by match....He will match fire with double fire.
I would encourage everyone to start getting used to higher energy prices because Iran have proven that they cannot be trusted.....the world should absorb the impact and also find alternative routes if possible or even join the campaign to defeat this rogue state whom have vowed to continually hold the world hostage instead of them spiting Netanyahu all day....He has been proven right to chose brutal means with dealing with their likes afterall. The ICC should move its Main Court to Iran and South-Africa should grant refugee status to all Iranians and let’s see what becomes of South-Africa in five years. |

Politics › Re: Bandits Are Not Muslims, Stop Profiling Islam – Oluwo by zoedew: 7:01am On Jul 12 |
adenigga: The Oluwo of Iwo, Oba Abdulrosheed Akanbi, has condemned the religious profiling of bandits as Muslims, insisting that criminals should not be identified with Islam.
In a statement issued on Saturday by his Chief Press Secretary, Ibrahim Alli, the monarch said bandits lacked the basic attributes that qualify an individual as a Muslim, stressing that wearing a turban or bearing an Arabic name does not make anyone a follower of Islam.
According to him, bandits neither observe the mandatory Islamic prayers nor exhibit the religious practices expected of Muslims.
He said, “I condemn in totality the religious profiling of bandits as Muslims. Real Muslims are not bandits. You cannot see a mosque in the den of bandits. The herdsmen don’t equally have mosques in their abode (Gaa). They have no identification of Muslims in all ramifications.”
Oba Akanbi further argued that turbans were not exclusive to Muslims, stating that many non-Muslims living in desert regions also wear them.
He also dismissed claims that the Arabic spoken by some bandits was proof of their religion, explaining that Arabic is spoken by people of different faiths.
Oluwo said, “Bandits have no religion. Have you ever seen where bandits observe solat (Islamic mandatory prayers)? They might be wearing turbans, but not only Muslims wear turbans. People in the desert who are not Muslims also wear turbans.
“Many churches in Arab countries use the Arabic language to preach. We have people in all Islamic-populated countries who are not Muslims but speak Arabic.”
The traditional ruler described the continued association of banditry with Islam as unfair, attributing the activities of some bandits to the failure of past governments rather than religion.
He urged Nigerians to stop linking banditry to Islam and called on the government to take legislative action against social media commentators whom he accused of using online platforms to discredit Muslims.
