richnankar1: . You man forget strategy, in a free and fair election, Obi and Kwankwaso will win land slide
Your response is not surprising. See, in life, things do not just happen. Things happen as the outcome of some measure of an initiating element. By that I mean some strategy. You may wish to forget strategy but I won't. I am not a partisan politician but can read the room in Nigerian politics considering how the actors are going about the game.
Afonjacoward: "Peter Obi is a very popular politician in the entire South and many parts of Northern Nigeria and you cannot take that from him, the same with Kwankwasiyya movement" - Senator Kwankwaso.
"Peter Obi is a very popular politician in the entire South and many parts of Northern Nigeria and you cannot take that from him, the same with Kwankwasiyya movement" - Senator Kwankwaso.
Popularity alone does not win elections. Much more strategy does. Peter Obi and Kwaks both are largely lacking in political strategy. They cannot read the room correctly.

I spent 3 months noticing that I had no éréction, so I called a nurse and explained everything to her. Ofunaofu: If this is true, then I really pity Fubara.
He joined the APC hoping for protection, only to be stripped naked and laid bare. I’ve never seen a governor disrespected like this since the beginning of the Fourth Republic.
PerfectView: THERE IS NO TEACHERS DAY IN JAPAN AND THERE IS NO NEED FOR IT
In Japan , there is no Teacher's Day. One day, I asked my Japanese colleague, Teacher Yamamota: How do you celebrate Teacher's Day in Japan? Surprised by my question , he replied : We don't have Teacher's Day. When I heard his reply , I was not sure whether I should believe him or not. A thought passed through my mind: why a country , which is so advanced in economy, sciences and technology, is so disrespectful towards teachers and their work.
Once, after work, Yamamota invited me to his house . We took the metro since it was far away . It was the evening peak hour, and the wagons in the metro train were overcrowded . I managed to find a space to stand, holding tightly the overhead rail. Suddenly, the elderly man who was seated beside me offered me his seat. Not understanding this respectful behaviour of an elderly man , I declined, but he was persistent, and I was forced to sit . Once we were out of the metro , I asked Yamamota to explain what exactly the whitebeard old man did. Yamamota smiled and pointed towards the tag of teacher I was wearing and said : "The old man has seen the tag of a teacher on you and as a sign of respect towards your status, offered you his seat."
Since I was visiting Yamamota for the first time, I felt uncomfortable going there with empty hands so I decided to buy a gift . I shared my thoughts with Yamamota, he supported the idea and said that little further, there is a shop for teachers , where one can purchase goods at reduced prices. Once again , I couldn't hold my emotions : Privileges are offered only to teachers? I asked .
Confirming my words , Yamamota said: In Japan, teaching is the most respected profession and a teacher is the most respected person. The Japanese entrepreneurs are very happy when teachers come to their shops, they consider it an honour .
How do you celebrate teachers in Nigeria?
You want to celebrate the typical Nigerian teacher who unwittingly undermines his professional competence when he brags about the poor or near failure of his students. He usually threatens to help you fail his course!
Abeg stay here and be proud of our own Femi Otedola who has made brighter days than Mike Otedola his father. So also Deji Adeleke than his Senator Adeleke father. Remember remember Dangote who has done more than his uncle who empowered him to start out in life and business. How about Samad Rabiu who is doing more than Ishaku Rabiu. I could go on and on! Proudly Nigerian!
Desmond Olusola Elliot is now so desperate to return as a member of the Lagos State House of Assembly that he will renounce his faith if invited to do so in return for the legislative office. He signals so!
Please attend the primaries quietly and take and swallow your Camoquin gently instead of stirring up the party leadership against you. What do you need security personnel for when you live among the people you said you served well and diligently for about 12 years as their legislative representative.
Even the governor no fit help am, all this na because of the gang up against Obasa oo. You know say your leg no strong, you be baby for the house you dey go against baba will.
But he said he was not involved in the moves against Obasa because he was then in South-Africa.

He wallows in deceit thinking that having spent about three terms in the Lagos legislature has made him an independent voice in Lagos politics! He is about to be cut to size!! His greatest undoing will be to decamp to some other political party- he will labour in vain!

Like seriously did Sim Fubara the serial betrayer and pretender believe he was winning anything! He destroyed the legislative building out of desperation to remain in office and still refuses to present the budget to the House of Assembly!
Does not make any inhuman treatment right but are you not aware of worse treatment your father meted out to others when he was in power as Kaduna State Governor?

SmartPolician: These guys are clearly insane. We shouldn't be considering taking over MTN Nigeria like Senator Oshiomhole suggested.
Instead, we will permanently block the telco from repatriating all the money the company steals from Nigerians. We need the company because it gives lots of Nigerians jobs. If Nigerians take over, they'll run it like glo
Nationalise and it over to transcorp where corruption can’t kill it
The Fulani spokesman's take clearly shows who as between them and the locals are responsible for the insecurity in Plateau State. He spoke as brashly as does Gen. Mohammed Buhari who while he lived was a wicked and thoroughly clannish Nigerian leader under whose corruption festered.
