First of all, I'll not go into the argument of whatever status quo... means cause I know you're not a lawyer and just repeating what you've heard or read online from your phone screen. And for the avoidance of doubt, I'm not a lawyer as well which is why I won't bother myself with it.
My grouse with you is your claim that the guys in ADC are "mentally lazy and lack strategy."
Like I said before, it is easy to type from your foam and call people names in the line of their vocation when you're not in the thick of the action.
The Atiku bloc as I'll like to call them approached the ADC for assimilation. ADC NWC agreed. They convened a NEC where the NWC members announced their resignation. The NEC accepted their resignation and constituted a new NWC. Note that none of this process is before any court BECAUSE those dictating the tune know that all what was done was actually flawless. About two weeks after, one of those purported to have resigned suddenly wakes up and declared that he didn't resign. He declared HIMSELF chairman and goes ahead to go to court asking to be recognised. With the above, I challenge you now to show mental laziness or lack of strategy from the Atiku bloc. That will show you how deep or shallow you are concerning the issue and why you shouldn't run your mouth anyhow calling people names just because you think you can
You have a lot of due diligence to do so you can be certified not ignorant about what I do considering that you have profiled me as one who lies on a foam in a room Accomodation. I wish you well. Please stop looking down on others.

Bitter Obi is coming.Everyone knows that it will be Bitter Peter Obi shopping for a political party. A demon cast out goes about seeking a home. Having not found a home in ADC and seeing that the Supreme Court has settled their case and its swept clean he goes back to Labour Party bringing with him worse stuff than himself. The end of Labour Party will be worse than his first coming to Labour Party. What followed him when he betrayed his public oath to Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu-Ojukwu has not left him. It cleaves, like Naaman’s Leprosy on to him and his deluded followers .

Preservative orders of court are designed to preserve the subject matter of a case. What status quo ante bellum means in any given case will therefore be construed in a manner that ensure that the subject matter of the case is preserved. To have recognized either of the two sides will be to erode the subject matter of the case. INEC is correct to have refused to do so.

You said nothing worthy of note! You do not see beyond the myopia that has your eyes in its firm grip! It is fairly obvious that you cannot appreciate the issues involved in the matter on which you comment. Mental laziness has kept you away from a better appreciation of the issues. All you excel at are insults, abuses and less than honorable comments! Get educated: Preservative orders of court are designed to preserve the subject matter of a case. What status quo ante bellum means in any given case will therefore be construed in a manner that ensure that the subject matter of the case is preserved. To have recognized either of the two sides will be to erode the subject matter of the case. INEC is correct to have refused to do so. What is my business with the bunch of corrupt and dirty politicians and criminals you celebrate! It takes only a little search of the books to discover how empty of benefit to the Nigerian society they have been for upwards of forty years now! The outcome shows the stuff they all are made of. They have been thoroughly outflanked by their political foes who, by the way, are no different from the grass cutter in the ADC. That you sleep on a water bed in a mansion does not make you better than who your comment reveals you are!

Amupitan: If ADC Goes Ahead With Convention, It Won't Be Declared Winner
The INEC Chairman is correct. The essence of preservative orders are to preserve the res or subject matter of a given lawsuit. What is status quo ante bellum will be interpreted by the court in that light. In this case the subject matter of the suit is the Chairmanship of the ADC. Recognition of either faction by INEC would have destroyed the red or subject matter of the Suit.

Why gate-crashing an existing party and you expect them not to fight back? Why cant they for a new party like APC did. I am more focused on issues of good governance designed to put the feet of our politicians across political party divides to fire so they can stop being so shamelessly corrupt and deliver on their promises to the electorate.

But why do Tinubu supporters act this? Rather than come out boldly to admit they pretend to be regular Nigerians and then try to discourage others from participating in the election knowing their candidate needs very low turnout to win.

Why are they always cowards with no ideology, just tribal affiliation? They will support and praise a President as the best for 8 years, then come out to dismiss the same person as the worst.

If Tinubu fails tomorrow, they’ll still be the ones to condemn him as the worst after praising him for 4 years. Then they’ll shamelessly tell us they never supported him. Always betraying and backstabbing. Why?
You will do well to do due diligence.

The courageous person that you are will upload his picture so we all can see what you look like. It is not nice to body shame others considering that they did not choose their body types. He just speaks the hard cold reality of the situation. For your information APC AND ADC are two sides of the same coin. That is why the acronym ADC has come to be known as Association of Disgruntled Comrades! It is an association of comrades disgruntled with Tinubu their comrade for selfish reasons. Citizens should be wise to not kill themselves over their squabbles. Which of them have given Nigerians stable electric power supply in the last 50 years or better still since democracy recommenced about two decades ago? What we should push for is to make politicians accountable! Tinubu for instance has so far abysmally failed to keep his word to provide power and not take the oath of office for a second term as President in the circumstances.
