Not a tribalist like most others who build a university in his village which is now a cattle ranch. Or construct road to nowhere.
Pray, Tell us specifically what he has done to benefit Oturkpo. David Mark is a thoroughly useless and shameless man who is corrupt in all his ways!

Savageman247:
We celebrate an extraordinary Nigerian statesman, David Mark, who turns 78 today, 8th April, 2026.

A soldier by training, a patriot by conviction, and a bridge-builder by temperament, his life has remained deeply woven into the story of Nigeria’s UNITY and DEMOCRATIC STABILITY.

Happy birthday to a man of duty, discipline, and destiny.

Today, we honor a distinguished soldier who served Nigeria with courage in uniform and later with wisdom in public office.

From the battlefield of national service to the chambers of democratic leadership, Senator David Mark has consistently stood as a symbol of ORDER, PATRIOTISM, and STATESMANSHIP.

As a military officer, he embodied discipline and sacrifice.

As a politician, he brought calm, maturity, and institutional stability.

As Senate president, his steady hands helped guide the National Assembly through defining moments in our democracy, proving that leadership is not about noise but about strength, balance, and vision.

Beyond titles and offices, he has remained a fatherly figure to many—offering counsel, inspiring younger leaders, standing with and encouraging women while reminding Nigerians that nation-building requires patience, courage, and commitment.

In difficult moments, when the nation needed voices of reason and figures of trust, Senator David Mark has often been one of those rare leaders whose presence reassures and whose words unite.

He is one of those men who, over the years, have helped hold Nigeria together when it mattered most—through turbulent politics, constitutional tests, and moments that demanded national healing.

Today, we celebrate not just his birthday but also a legacy of service, sacrifice, and uncommon leadership.

May God continue to grant him strength, sound health, peace, and many more years of impactful service to Nigeria and humanity.

Happy Birthday, Distinguished Senator David Mark—soldier, statesman, father, patriot, and one of Nigeria’s enduring pillars of unity.

Enjoy your day, surrounded by those who love you dearly.

God bless Nigeria.

Lauretta Onochie.

David Mark has not come under public scrutiny since he became ADC Chairman largely because Nigerians are poor at reading and thus have a short and forgetful history of the trajectory of men of infamy like David Mark. Nigerian journalists have not helped matters much in that respect as they lack the required punch when it comes to investigative reporting. Tell us specifically what he has done to benefit Oturkpo. Was he not once credited as saying that the mobile phone is not for the poor🧐🧐🧐. Rather than facilitate the fixing of the terrible roads leading into Oturkpo where he hails from he had a helipad built on his house in Oturkpo leaving the common man to the poor roads like Tinubu who did not fix power and had 10billion Naira spent on solar in Aso Rock!

Let it be on record that democracy was truncated by a SW president.

A former SW president tried to go against the constitution to achieve a 3rd term ambition.

Imagine that it was the SE that did all these. Just imagine!!
Stop whipping up tribal sentiments. It is an ill wind that blows no one any good.

Rudderless, immature and insecure politician. That describes Seyi Makinde. I was thinking he is good to go to challenge Tinubu in 2027 but he is now revealed to be a polibabe who cannot hold his own when the rubber hits the road!

Based on recent reports in April 2026, PDP chieftain and former spokesman to Atiku Abubakar, Segun Sowunmi, has declared his intention to support President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the 2027 general elections.

He stated his allegiance is to national progress rather than partisan politics and has expressed willingness to work with the administration.

Key details regarding this development:

Support for 2027: Sowunmi confirmed in a video that his support lies with Bola Ahmed Tinubu for 2027.

Political Realignment: While he has expressed potential to support Tinubu, he previously indicated in 2025 that if he were to formally align, he would leave the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to join the APC, arguing against supporting opponents while staying in a party.

Goal of Good Governance: Sowunmi stated in 2026 that his support is contingent on the belief that Tinubu should be supported if he acts to "right the wrongs, fix the economy, and uphold justice," putting the nation first.

Previous Criticism: Despite previous criticisms of the APC administration, he stated in 2025 that there was "never a doubt" that he could work with President
I sensed long ago the man was looking for some chop from the Tinubu admin like Reno Omoalarinkiri.

That is the interesting part. The Iranians blinded by the ideology they subscribe to, usually act first and think later! The USA will extract every dollar they spent on the war from Iran!!

Their leaders are hidden underground and their missiles city. Power cut out will force them out.

And mini power generators will give their location away. There are satellite sensor that can detect generator noises and carbon

Solar panel can also be detached.
Smoke them out and take them out so the world can be at peace! Their sympathisers here on NL who enjoy the relative peace here like Soulemani's Niece in the USA who still support terrorists can travel to Iran to stand on the bridges and go with them as the bombs drop. The world should be safer without them!

If president of Iran threatened that the entire US will die tonight, you’d call it Terrorism

The US president threatened that the whole Iranian civilization will die tonight, why do you call it PEACE?

This’s the first time in history a president announcing war crimes in advance.
Now what do you say to an Iran that openly has as State Policy the destruction of Israel? Please answer and honestly and quickly too. The USA has been responsible and shown maturity so far with the use of the enormous coercive powers at it disposal Were Iran that powerful the world would be reeling under the compulsive religion and terror termed right.

Extremely terrorized by their their shameless and cowardly leaders who are sworn to destroy Israel but are now so beaten up by ISRAEL and US they are scared to their pants and using the citizens as human shields! You have been warned that those facilities have been classified as Military targets. If you die there no court will convict the US and Israel for war crimes.

You are blindly supporting the Jews that don't rate you Christians at all.
They see you as idol worshipers and they believe your Jesus is inside hellfire right now.
fyi, Christians do not live by the rating of anyone asides God and what God has said to us in The Bible. However you say Israel sees or rate Christians does not determine how Christians sees Israel. The Bible says anyone who loves Israel has it going for him and that settles it!

Having Christmas light installed on those facility will be a major damage and setback for the enemy.

But before doing that, the subsea fiber optic cables passing through the strait should be cut into shreds.
I know they act first and think later. This time it will sound the death knell of Iran as we know it!! Iran will be obliterated by interests in the targets!!! Japan back then knew what Pearl Harbour cost them.

Bit it is surprising that someone who is quick to call people names can be so thin skinned and hypersensitive
