So far wike is leading with 296k votes.lets assume he has 300k in obio akpor and ogu bolo which has just 50k voters.he will be leading by 600k votes.total canceled votes from the 15 lgas declared so far is 152000.the remaining 6 lgas of degema,asari toru,khana,gokana,abolga and ahoada west has about 900k voters plus the outstanding 152k.thats over a million.inconclusive polls.wike will still win but let him suffer small
