Well, she claims the media is to blame for the "misinformation", but I am not satisfied with that excuse. She is a minister and she could have gotten PR guys out to help correct the mistake, not let the mis-information continue giving the senators the nerve to call her a liar.

Either way, less than 14% implementation after 4 months is not anything to write home about.
