However, While i would agree that the West also have there interest at heart, i think they are more human than China & Russia. For example, during the cold war, the countries under US influence like South Korea & West Germany, became prosperous and thriving nations, while the one's under Russian control East Germany & North Korea where a mess. That shows you a philosophy that is more like a partnership.
