It does include all:d bricklayer and labor. Sir, as regard being work with d idea of frame structure,
Here were d advantage;
1-All the loads of the building is safely transmitted to the foundation
2-The columns sizes will be completed as prescribe by Structural Engineer(not affected by block setting)
3-The Structural member is being chained together
4-It speed the work flow
...to mention but few but I tell you, it might be difficult to achieve if good professional is not involve

Not really in a gated estate but their is good access road. It's located just between Oando filling station and Jakande bus stop,by the right side from Lekki
