Even under the laws of defamation, to seek such amount the lady in question will a celebrity with high social standing and much to lose for such negative publicity. I will be seriously disappointed in my country if this case is given any audience in the appeal court. if the lawyer wants to prove a point that no one is above the law, then he should press charges and see that the matter is dealt with the criminal court as this is a case of common assault. Then if found guilty beyond reasonable doubt he should be punished accordingly. |

It is a pity All Jesus Christ's sojourn on earth and especially when he started his there was no record of him physically assaulting anybody in the guise of deliverance. The Bible says touch not my anointed and do my prophet no harm,I doubt same for this prosperity preacher. if the girl is realy a winner she wiill know that christ don't have witches, and when a child use bad words to discribe her self in the public his or her father can flog or beat her in the same public if he likes so that other children will learn from her mistakes. Am so sure this case will not see the light of the day. The girl agreed that there is a devil and there is hell. Ofcourse, these what the Holy Bible teaches. The same Holy Bible says that punishment for a witch, is death by stoning (All of u should read Exodus 22:18 and Leviticus 20:27). She even came out on her own. If you come out for deliverance, u cannot tell the deliverer how to deliver you. There is nothing like witch-for-Jesus. The witch girls was very lucky that she was not killed as the Holy Bible said. If Bishop killed her, nothing would have happened. The Bible said that we should not suffer (permit) a witch to live.
