Also there is no implied consent for the loss of one's dignity in a place of worship, there is no exercise involving physciality, the only common interest there is to worship but being battered publicly.

This isn't torture either, and its standards wouldn't be used against simple assault.

Especially in matrimonial cases, names of the parties are found substituted with alphabets and whatever, despite not being juristic persons.
