It's saturday morning,u're still yawnin & rollin on d bed whyl she fixes breakfast. she's been up since 5am to fix some scones,croissant & a large birthday cake cos today is her birthday. unlike previous ones where friends n families come around to felicitate wit u guys n u av to deal wit a crowd,dis one is quiet. she's told everyone she'll be spendin it wit her family n u guys av agreed to go on a picnic. d final of d F.A cup between ur favourite team(ARSENAL) n her west london rival(CHELSEA) is today. ur friends av asked dat u guys(commitee of friends) go watch it together @ ur favourite hangout but u cant make it cos today's ur wife's birthday. while she's strugglin wit d cooking in d kitchen,she calls from d kitchen: "sweetie!!!,pls help me bathe d kids. i already put out dia wears on d bed." jimmy(younger) & emmily(elder) are busy arranging lego in dia room. u struggle outta bed n go shower for d kids. later on,d whole family settles dwn to breakfast(sliced bread & fried eggs wit hotdogs n tea). in d warmer,u got fried rice,chicken,scones & croissants. in d cooler,u got a few packs of fruit juice. you guys set out to d park(unfortunately,we no longer av parks in naija. dat's where we miss dose gud old days). while u're driving,d kids are playing @ d back seat n occassionally disturbing ur convo wit ur wife. from tym to tym,she turns back to look @ dem & cautions dem. you guys are @ d park,d kids are playing,you both hold hands together n watch dem play,run back & forth.... a lil chap strikes jimmy,he initially thinks abt crying & in no time,he hits back @ d lad fit so much fury. dey tend to get into a fight n someone pulls dem apart. u're smiling cos jimmy has knocked d oda chap out & wen he comes to report to you,u're scolding him for fightin but in ur mind,u're happy he's nt gettin bullied n he aint a weakling(lol). it's her birthday n while d kids play,u guys just walk around talkin but u still got ur eyes on ur kids like a marksman. den,u ask her: "how did u feel d first day i met u"? she goes thus:

"hmmm(exhales). i rem sitting wit chi-chi on dat fateful day n two guys walked in & sat @ a table not far from us. dis dude who's currently walking by my side(pokes ur rib) kept stealing a look @ me & each tym our eyes met,i felt some kinda tension. i was sitting over dere,hoping he wouldnt stand up from his seat even though my heart kept tellin me he's cute. and as if he knew wat i was saying,he stood up,adjusted his collar,looked to his left n right n just walked majestically towards me. ohh,my heart kept beatin louder as his steps drew nearer & wen he said: "hello ladies",i almost passed out! i rem he said something like: "sorry i dnt get to do dis often but if i find a lady who's worth d stress,i'll take my chances. turning to me,he said,i walked all d way from my table dwn here,to tell u dat u're pretty. if i dnt do it,i doubt if i'll forgive myself. are u guys alone? chi-chi says yes & he goes: pls excuse my manners,my name is rex;wat's ur name? tricia,i replied. he talks to chi-chi n goes like: "i'm here wit my friend charles & we got a table for four;just enuf to accomodate us all. i wont mind if we could share a few drinks & some jokes... from dat moment,i felt something special. d rest is history & today,he's d father of my two kids n i'm lovin him everyday".
she turns to you & askes u;wat abt u,how did u feel? you go like: well,i had some kinda tension on cos you looked kinda snubbish & charles kept tellin me i could get damned but hey!,i just had to do wat a man had to do,considering d fact dat i'd always been on a twelve love run (12-0) like u have it in table tennis.
at dat point,she turns & says: hey d kids & u be like,dnt worry;i've had my eyes on dem.
with ur right arm gliding up & dwn her back,and den stroking her hair,u kiss her on d head & say i love u honey;happy birthday. she says thanks;i got something to tell u but she doesnt speak. rest her head on ur arm & looking into your face,she finally says: "i'm pregnant".
wit excitement,you lift her off d ground,spining around to d admiration of onlookers.

gradually,picnic is winding to a close,the whole family packs up & everyone is in the car. it's quite spacious cos it's a nissan quest. the journey home is kinda hectic as there's always mad traffic in d city of lagos. as d day gets dark,d rain pours down & d tired kids are asleep at the back seat. emmily's clutching onto her large teddy bear. the kids cant hear a thing & you guys just talk and talk n kiss from time to time. afterall,it's night & u're stuck in traffic & nobody can see u. even if dey see you,who cares?
you finally get home,and as you come dwn from d car,dose big large dogs run out to welcome you,wagging dia tails & just curling around u wit excitement. d weather's pretty cold. you guys get into d house,she fixes some warm water n bathes the kids. you also get to shower & she does same too. later on,she prepares hot beverage for all & serves wit some croissants after heating dem in d microwave. you tuck ur kids in bed,reading dem some bed time stories till dey fall asleep.
now,you can go relax in bed with ur wife. she cuddles around u wit her arms spread across ur chest n her head resting on ur chest. you both talk softly & gently,whispering some sweet,sexy words. as usual,dere's always good sexy ballads on cue to go with the mood. that monster track from JEREMIAH,"birthday sex" is playing &....

isn't this a nice way to spend time with the one you love?
