Does long distance relationship last longer than a normal,close relationship?

It works, but is difficult. I personally believe it makes one strong and mature. Am In one and I remember in the beginning I almost walked out becos I cldnt stand d distance but he kept insisting that it wld work( its working). I blush like a school girl every time I hear his voice n cant wait to see him soon. I guess I can say the distance made our love stronger,helped me with my trust issues and taught me a lot in the line of patience

If their is nothing to break the trust, it will. I had one, and it didn't work. She cheated, and I can't get to trust her. Although, she was nice. All I knew then was, the only time she was with me, I was able to trust her then. But if she's gone, no trust again. So, in other to save myself from child-hood hypertension, I called it off. If you guys are faithful, why not. But men will always be men and women will always have their chicken brain.

No it doesn't. Even distant marriages hardly work.

It works perfectly and can last forever as long as both parties regard it more as an 'open relationship'. They can both maintain other kurukere runs in their respective locations while indulging each other with the pleasure of their respective warm feelings over the phone. Anytime they get to see, they make love and do the other things. . .and so on and so forth.

But if either or both party puts their heart/emotions into the relationship and start taking things too personal and deep, it is bound to crash sooner than later. That is as sure as death.
