This means that fish farms around Abia states precisely Umuahia can not formulate local feed for their grow out. this puts farmers in loosing end, because market women and hotels who are willing to buy in large quantity still demand the use of Scale to weight the fish before purchase.

I have looked around the area and noticed that the only fish feed they have here( Abia) is Coppens and Vital feed. My question is, is it possible for a farmer to feed on foreign feed through out the grow out stage and still attain 1kg and make profit in return?
