It depends on d one u love more, if its your spouse you love more, quit d job and cling to your spouse, there is always another job, it may not be easy to get another one on time, but will surely find another job, that may be d sacrifice one may have to offer to get what one loves.
However, if its your job u love more, leave your spouse for your boss and continue with your job, but that is an indication that there was no genuine love between both of u from d begining. Meanwhile, i doubt if d work can still go on smoothly again.

@post,as difficult as it is,I'd probably quit the job and stay miles away from the said boss.
