Mavor: Probably a temple to Baal. One of the greatest false gods to lead the Jewish people astray from Yahweh. Obviously Baal and Yahweh were extraterrestrials amongst others ,always fight over territories . I do not think humans should be bothered about these beings. It is a shame some people chose to worship them I |

plaetton: This temple would most likely have been built during the reign of King Jeroboam. The most interesting aspect of this is that (a), the bible tells us that the ancient Israelites built only one sacred temple for their one and only god, Yahweh. (B) There is no evidence to show that this particular temple was built or dedicated to the worship of Yahweh. Even the bible states that the isrealites were not faithful to one God. Hence the reason why God was always punishing them. 3 Likes |

(B) There is no evidence to show that this particular temple was built or dedicated to the worship of Yahweh. You read my mind sir. Its either the Bible is filled with fictions, or there was no Israel within this region until recently. Remeber that during The Balfour Declaration of 2 November 1917, the Jews were given was given 3 Options, and they could settle down into any of these countries: South Africa, Argentina, or Palestine. If they'd settled into any of these countries beside Palestine, I wont be shocked if they made similar historical argument of their forefathers and Jesus been settlers there. According to Jewish Torah, Jerusalem was founded by Shem and Eber, ancestors of Abraham. In the biblical account, Jerusalem when first mentioned about been ruled by Melchizedek, an ally of Abraham. Later, in the time of Joshua, Jerusalem lay within territory allocated to the tribe of Benjamin (Joshua 18:28), but continued to be under the independent control of the Jebusites until it was conquered by David in the Siege of Jebus and made into the capital of the united Kingdom of Israel (c. 11th century BCE). The Jews are known to be "extreme Monotheist", and the Jews are known to have abolished Polytheism as far back the time of when the "Book of Law - Deuteronomy" which dated back the 7th Century BCE. And whenever there seems to be a lapse back into worshiping of either Baal, or other dieties, we are reminded of Jehova's Genocidal Wrath or Yaweh's novel style of murdering apostates. Translation: Meaning, as far back as 7th BCE. There was an established religion of "One God" in Israel, and for a people whose method of government was Theocracy until recent time, going against religious law, and building a temple for a deity besides Yaweh would be suicidal. I sometimes wonder if history isnt just another tool of politics. Im glad im just an observer and not a fan 6 Likes |

SEYI_KP: TO GOD BE D GLORY ALL THIS ATTEST TO THE AUTHENCITY OF THE ONLY HOLY BOOK IN THE WORLD I MEAN BIBLE. ALL OTHER PROFFESS holy book ARE ILLUSION.Are u sure of what u r saying? The word bible comes from the Hebrew word 'biblos' which means Collection of books.and as u will find that some of the books were even written by 3rd parties and some 1000 of years after the authors. The Jewish people are cunning, calous and also racists except the orthodox Jews which practise Judaism. Have u ever visited Jerusalem, all these places are tourist attraction sites, some place u will even need to perform Ablution which are means of improving the country's GDP. 1 Like |

Its not be force to worship YAHWEH. Leave those alone who worship HIM. Does your practice(believe) teach you to criticise others faith, believe?. Remember, every man has his own cross to bare/carry. The race to heaven is a voluntary and individual thing abeg. As for me, I worship YAHWEH. i'd rather live my life believing God exists and die finding out he doesn't than live as if he doesn't and find out he does. Nothing to loose. 4 Likes |

The following is for the ignorant fools who question the existence of Israel even before many countries in Africa and Middle East became sovereign states. [size=18pt]During the final battle of the epic-sounding First Jewish-Roman War of the first Century, the Roman legion Legio X Fretensis laid siege to a massive end boss in southern Israel called Masada. It was pretty much the Judean equivalent to Helm's Deep, except instead of being situated in the ass-crack of a mountain, Masada was located on top of one. It was basically the most awesome game of King of the Mountain in history, and Team Israel was off to a solid head-start. Even before this discovery, tthere already was a mountain of evidence that the ancient Hebrews were polytheistic. The bible bible is not a historical book. The old testament was compiled, copied and preserved by the monotheistic Jews who adjusted the text to look like their way was the only correct way, and everybody who practiced their faith differently was either evil or not a true Jew. Imagine if Christians were allowed to write the history of Nigeria without being answerable to any other religious group. I suspect tuat they would try to make it look like Christianity is Nigeria's main religion, that Islam is only practiced by a small group of violent fanatics, and that all traditionalists are evil, idol#worshipping witches. 1 Like |
