No bank in Nigeria will give a $ card rate of #197 per transaction but i will strongly advise you make use of Stanbic IBTC i guess they offer the lowest rate of $1/280... Please carryout more finding before a step!!!

Are you sure this tracking number is correct? Tracking number usually contains both letters and figures. check properly
