Paedophilic crimes are not victimless, so they cannot be granted any rights. In a way they can claim what they feel is natural to them, but there is always a victim in this case so it is a criminal offense.

Homosexuality is victimless, both adults consent to intimacy so there is no victim in this case, hence why they feel they have a case to fight for their rights.
