For those of us like me who have this problem on G Gbam HI5, pls we need solutions, CC says system is undergoing upgrade and my account cannot be accessed. My Email to CC has not been replied.
The issue is that i have been on G Gbam HI5 even before the promo started paying N10 daily (i didn't complain) and up till now i haven't seen any Mb as advertised. How will glo advertise what they are not giving or giving to a select few. It's my right and i feel cheated.
It seems some people (especially those that migrated this week) are getting it while others are not.
Some people says i should keep dialing *100*5*1# but i'm already in the package and thats the responce i'm getting. So guys what is the way out.

That's because ur internet settings is either on glowap or glosecure. Try using gloflat nd u'll get a positive result.

delete all your glo settings and access points and leave only glo flat

with correct setting glo will not deduct ur money. Use gloflat or glosecure as ur APN dont use glogwap cos dey will deduct ur money. I have been using it for upto a week now n it been smooth ride since. By the way to check ur mb send info to 127. Gudluck.

4 those xperiencing challenges, sorry 4 dat maybe they are xperiencin network problem cos 4 me its been sweet sailing ever since, infact i was given more than 1000000mb to xpire in 99 yrs time. You can migrate to another plan and come back to it later i think that should solve the problem.
