I think most African countries recognise Nigeria as "Father Christmas".
They get cash, cheap oil, use our soldiers as cannon fudder in the name of peacekeeping.

We should worry less about influence BUT grow our economy so that less of our people travel blindly.

USA is powerful not because of nuclear weapon, that's 2 a penny now. Even fatboy Kim probably has it.
It is it's massive domestic market.
