Abagworo: Like I've always written, a Governor that receives 25 to 30billion monthly and another that receives 3 to 5 billion monthly can only be compared based on how they manage their funds. Most Nigerian States apart from Rivers, Delta, Akwa-Ibom and Bayelsa receive roughly 3 to 4billion and have exactly same recurrent expenditure as Akwa-Ibom. In essence, Akpabio has excess of 20billion monthly when compared with other Governors.
