It's been a month of trying to meet up as I will put it. I want to say Congratulations to all Pioneer members of Haulfast logistics. You're all Pace setters and I know in time to come we will look back at time and be proud of the decision we made.
The MOA is currently undergoing fine tuning, I implore partners to take some time to go through it and figure out areas you feel we should amend before the amended one is finally sent. If you did not get the sent ones in your email, pls refer to the website or the Facebook page. Your responses are ever welcome.

The date for the next meeting will be announced anytime from now so Partners and interested partners should endeavour to be at the meeting. The date will be communicated to you via sms, email, the website, the Facebook page and the thread.

It will be undeserving if we don't acknowledge the efforts of fellow Partners that have worked assiduously to get us to this present state. Our immense gratitude goes to YOU, YOU, YOU, YOU and YOU for taking out time from your busy schedules to commute and travel, give advices, meet people, make calls etc to achieve our goals.

Note that the fact that funds have been deposited means that the failure of you signatories/promoters in being ambigous about meeting date, which was promised for August is bound to raise Questions on the integrity of the project & you promoters

Thanks pdozie, of course it will surely not be mentioned here. Now most of our meeting minutes will only be communicated to Partners. Pls bear in mind that the meeting will surely be held this September. We have decided to just give some time to some Partners that have pleaded to increase their stake before the meeting.

When are we holding the next meeting oh, time is money, no need to waste more time ! Oga patrick, how far ?

Hello All Partners,

Sorry for the delay in fixing the Date for the next meeting.

It's just a situation we need to consider from different aspects, We also need to do some balancing in some other aspects so as not to disenfranchise some Partners. Partners will have to come from different Parts of the country for the meeting and so we have to ensure almost every detail of the meeting is wrapped up as it wont be feasible to always call for meetings too often or at short notices.

So its by sampling the opinion of most Partners that we have decided to hold the meeting by the Last Saturday of the month. 28 Sept 2013



I am so sorry for any inconvenience the delay might have caused. Pls accept my apologies. I understand that this is a crucial time and all Partners can not wait to take the next step.

But more importantly,I commend you for the consideration you gave partners who reside outside of Lagos in the date for the final meeting before commencement of business.If you keep this up, you will only get better in managing men and resources.

My Congratulations to all for the bold step we have taken.
However,it is not yet uhuru.
Commencement is a critical stage in every venture.
More than ever before, we must collectively ensure a smooth take-off
And guide 'this' to 'cruise'.
As we commence operations,
I enjoin fellow partners to de-emphasise the placement of certain information in the thread anymore.
We have one another's e-mail, we also have a website.
Information regarding agenda or resolutions of meetings will be better through e-mails.
Lastly, let us not forget the ID dossier we talked about at the last meeting in which every partner will attach a photocopy of a bank accepted identification ie driving licence, national ID card, international passport.
