Building any flying object requires adequate knowledge about aerodynamics and not just iron welding skills, featuring these metallic contraptions as achievement in this advanced age of global technological development is a mockery of our intellectual capacity and educational system. However i would still say that the concerned "inventors' exhibiting these creative tendencies should be encourage to go to formal school where their abilities can be nurtured to be at par with current global technological advancement.

While this is a very commendable project, I think it should be correctly classified as a prototype.
