Now I have been trying to apply for adsense but all my applications were rejected. They said the site has no clear navigation and also it is not upto webmaster standard. By centralising what do you really mean because if its background, there is a css property for that but your image may not cover the entire screen but if it any other image that you can wrap the image in a div and use text-align for that

Ita been a long time I program in java so make neccesary corrections to the syntax.

But you should know that the it will not print the "fizzbuzz" since we use a return keyword so if you want it to check through all of the if statement, you should use "println or print". I hope I have been able to help
