Mother's age=M
Boss's age=B
Daughter's age=half of mother's age=1/2 * M
Meaning that M=2*D
Dad(Boss) is 5yrs older than mother means
B=M+5=2*D+5
Sum of ages=D+M+B=D+2*D+2*D+5 =
5*D+5=100

5*D=100 - 5 =95 and thus D = 95/5 = 19

D=19
M=2*D=38
B=M+5=38+5=43
