Jbluv55: (x+a)*(x-b)*(x+c)*(x-d)*(x Solution goes as thus: the + and - signs are alternating +, -, +, -, +, ..........- Hence towards the back we wud have .....(x+w)*(x-x)*(x+y)*(x-z). If this is understood then we all kno that (x-x)=0 And that anything multiplying 0 invariably becomes 0, hence the answer 0. |
