I think we have set a number of rules about voting.

What we can do now is discuss who will organise the nomination and voting. Should a new panel be formed? Should the mods do it? Or any other suggestions?

Is there something one can think of as compensation for the winners? I am thinking sort of the winner get the right to have a thread of his stickied for one month or have two or three threads of his/hers make front page in 1st three months of 2014 or something else the mods and admin can think of or agree on.

What do you guys suggest?

A realisitic award?

A NAiraland award?



If it is a Nairaland award, the winner must get for example a chance to have 5 of his/her topics nominated on the Frontpage.

ur suggestions are good Buh add to dt this...what's d winner going to do for us...the religious section's regular posters for voting him the poster of the year? let his topic...a good one...be stickied with two or three making front page as yhu said. Buh let him give back. BTW I won't support any financial or material gift to d winner as I think it will bring strife to the whole thing.
