It depends on the materials you want to use. I spent a little above 10m on mine (inclusive of partly completely BQ though). If I want to isolate the partly done BQ, maybe 8m for the 3 bedroom bungalow alone.

With the quality in that pic plus finishing you will need between 7-8m for good result
