20 Rooms Hostel in Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta by NextHome

We are presently concluding discussions on the proposed development of a 20 room hostel at UNAAB. Work is expected to commence in few days or maybe weeks. Preliminary site assessment has been carried out and we are good to go.

How can we finish the job? When:

1. The woman (your neighbour) insisted you must sign a document that you encroach her land before we can do the remaining work.

2. We've requested for remaining balance to purchase materials for the sealing of the base. All that's left is a day work and nothing more. We've sealed the septic tank since 2nd week in January.

I really wish we can do something but it's beyond us as we had no info about the past issues with your neighbour.
So please kindly help resolve the issue with your neighbour and the community so that we can do the remaining work in peace.

I still advice you should call your neighbour directly to find out how you can amicably resolve the issue with her.

Don't even go there(dare put blame on me)if not you and your bad workers,what business do I have with her,,you have not even sealed the bottom to know if there's a leak or not and you are here talking trash.

however,I've called her,she asked your workers to sign that you entered her land,so why don't you sign it?and also your balance is 50k,the work you have done is not even worth 500k.

How long have you been in politics section? It seems you are a learner. Brabus has been defrauding people here for a long time. Haven't you read what he did at Ile Oluji thread and to some other clients? The guy na big thief and man of no conscience. Trust Brabus with your money and cry later. The guy no even have certificate to practice in construction industry. The man na computer guy com "fake building engineer".
