Its high time we review our doctrine and tactics so that we reduce lost of men and especially loosing weaponry to the enemy which inturn will be used against us .

Nothing is wrong with the doctrine and tactics. Our soldiers fail to comply with them hence the unnecessary casualty. Everything is in the books.

Is this boko haram or Nigerian soldiers? because both wear same camouflage uniforms so it's usually hard to differentiate.

If this is the army, it means they are often beaten in their own game and that's why the boko boys are always gaining grounds and causing more damages.
