Well....I like I said earlier, I do eat junk foods; but I also do watch out for calories....I eat fruits such as grape ( the one's as big as an orange), I take oranges, I take plums, and mostly kiwis.
As for chips?... That is my Kryptonite..( My complete weakness). I eat cookies...Mostly oatmeal cookies, or tortilla chips, with its sauce( raw tomatoes with pepper, and some things..that's all I know is in it). if I cannot get my hands on Plantain chips.

As for yogurts and ice cream....Non fat is my main choice...Non and reduced fat is what is always in the house.

Also like i mentioned earlier, juice is either with water/ lemon juice concentrate, or squeewed orange juice.
