Frankenstein: It's all about sentiments and disparities. In Africa, most people will only help you if you are related to them. That mindset has infiltrated the government and that's the main reason we are backward.

A case of people getting top positions in government not because of their exceptional talents, skill or performance but because they know people in authority. The end result is a crowd of charlatans and unqualified persons managing our country.

These socio-economic stratification is also there in the UK, USA etc yet they ensure ALL their children are educated because they understand the need to have an educated WORKFORCE that will enable the rich class to even make more money and have greater comfort.
